The property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The heart of the apartment is a generously sized open-plan living and dining room featuring a window onto the courtyard, a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a flat screen TV. The first bedroom is a double room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second room is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The kitchen and living area is fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, a fondue set for cheese, and a small bar. Please note that capsules for the Delizio coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The apartment also benefits from a direct exit to a private patio, beautiful views of the mountains and the resort, and elegant parquet floors throughout. The single bathroom is a shower and WC combination. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the property.
