The Gaviotas Apartment offers you a clean and safe space. You’ll feel right at home—it’s a lovely place to relax after a day of sun and sea. On the first floor, you’ll find a mini-market (store); the neighborhood and its people are the best.
It has a packing area.
Half a block away, you’ll find Avenida 20 de Julio, the main thoroughfare of San Andrés (a 15- to 20-minute walk to the island’s center).

The space
Two-bedroom apartment; each bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. The apartment has cable TV and Wi-Fi. It has a fully equipped kitchen (plates, cutlery, glasses, toaster, blender) and a refrigerator. It is on the second floor.

Guest Access
There is an open hallway where you can park a motorcycle if you rent one; it’s open-air, but you can leave your vehicle there.You’ll need to climb stairs to reach the apartment. The entrance is self-service.

Other highlights
The best thing about the apartment is that it offers travelers visiting the San Andrés Islands a comfortable place to sleep. Toilet paper, soap, towels, and sheets are provided. Only the first roll of toilet paper is included; the rest is at your own expense. Please be sure to read everything carefully to avoid any issues upon arrival and to prevent requests for items I do not provide. Thank you very much.
