Una gran decepción
Si bien se ofrece con el sistema de todo incluido esto es mentira, el menú es a la carta con solo cuatro opciones de las cuales no tiene todas . Es mentira la playa, se trata pequeño acceso al mar en cual es imposible utilizar por la suciedad qué hay tanto en su acceso como en el agua (botellas de plástico, pañales etc). No es apto para niños pequeños, no cuenta con lugar para juegos.

Nice location of hotel, but needs renovation
We stayed three nights in the hotel. Location of the hotel is very nice. Ideal for couples who seek a relaxed ambience, no animation. Food is ok, highlights fresh fruits at breakfast. Hotel facilities in general are clean. However rooms, especially bathroom badly needs renovation.

Hotel bem Localizado e tranquilo. Ideal para casais. Piscina muito boa. All inclusive fraco, está mais para pensão completa com bebidas. Horários de refeições prédeterminados. Bebidas somente de marcas locais. Pratos bem servidos, porém pouca variedade sim menu, que é compensado pela possibilidades almoçar e jantar em outros hotéis das rede (exceção do Isleno) com reserva antecipada. Possível também passar o dia em outros hotéis da rede (exceção do Isleno) Funcionários amistosos e cordeais, porém muitas vezes esquecem seus pedidos... Pessoal fan recepção e portaria solicitos. Ótimas localização perto da praia local e centro de Compras.

Atendimento sofrível! Não tem padrão nenhum, em um hotel as bebidas são ótimas, em outro terríveis e receitas diferentes. O que vale a pena é pq tu realmente só gasta o que planeja, o fato de poder usar outros hotéis da rede é ótimo. Alimentação mais ou menos. Acho que por ser tão caro, vale mais a pena pagar barato e aproveitar os restaurantes da região.

Estuvimos hospedados una pareja por 10 dias. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion, justo en el centro. La atencion del personal fui insuperable, siempre fuimos recibidos con una sonrisa. Sin embargo el hotel es demasiado pequeño, especialmente las habitaciones. La decoracion de las habitaciones demasiado simple, deberian prestarle mayor atencion, las fotos publicadas no reflejan la realidad, que si bien no esta mal... no es lo que esperaba por la categoria del hotel y por el valor de la habitacion pagada.

Buena la ubicación, pero la comida del todo incluido me parece muy regular... no hay opciones... y ají me toco salir a almorzar y cenar todos los días por fuera... La gente del hotel muy amable...

A causa de la lluvia nos cambiaron al hotel Decameron Marazul que es mejor que Delfines, sin costo adicional y hasta nos pagaron el traslado. La playa del hotel no es muy buena ya que se nota que es artificial y el fondo es fangoso pero el entorno es demasiado bello. La piscina es relativamente pequeña, en temporada alta se debe repletar. No hay mucha variedad de comida, pero la que hay es muy buena. El personal es muy amable y se pueden hacer paseos muy bellos. La estadía incluye un paseo al acuario que es un islote cercano que es un paraíso tropical.

Pésima habitación
Pésima habitación. Estuvimos una noche y pedimos el cambio de hotel. No teníamos vista ha nada. La cama era muy dura. Por suerte el personal no nos puso problemas para el cambio de Hotel al Decameron Acuarium, el cual si nos gustó mucho.

If you search calm and quiet, it´s perfect!
Pretty, but very small and simple. The ocean view is absolutely amazing! it's so beautiful it left me breathless! But we prefered to go to the Aquiarium pool every day and just return to Los Delfines to sleep... We expected better food, it is just ok. If you search calm and quiet, Los Delfines is perfect! If you search more a caribean island hotel, better choose Aquiarium. The only thing we complain was the schedules you need to memorize for everything (breakfast time, lunch time, towels time, snacks, time, dinner time) IMPORTANT: It has no sand beach (neither the Aquarium), but there is one a couple of blocks from the hotel

Próximo ao centro da cidade
Estadia tranquila, embora minha esposa e eu tenhamos aproveitado mais o Decameron Aquarium. O restaurante do Los Delfines não tem ar condicionado, o que torna as refeições desagradáveis no calor da ilha. Tivemos problemas na limpeza do quarto, já que em dois dias nossas toalhas não foram trocadas. O quarto é pequeno e o hotel é ideal para casais sem filhos pequenos. Todas as comodidades como atividades, lojas, agências de turismo, enfermaria, etc só são encontrados em hotéis maiores da rede.

Cambio involuntario a Aquarium
Para aclarar, no nos quedamos en Los Delfines, sino en Aquarium, debido a un supuesto error en la reserva. A modo general, la cadena no es buena en la comida, poco variada (excepto los muy dificiles de reservar restaurantes a la carta) y los tragos son Pésimos!! Las habitaciones y baños no los limpian bien, y el lugar aunque es bonito no esta muy bien mantenido. La atencion del desayuno deja mucho que desear.

Péssimo. O hotel tem uma estrutura péssima, quartos pequenos, com mau cheiro. O sistema do all inclusive é com comida ruim e bebidas (refrigerante sem gás e cerveja quente). Vendem-se como um hotel boutique e não passa de uma pousada. Absolutamente decepcionante.

très bien situé dans le centre de san andres coté plage
Très bon compromis d'hotel a san adres. Situé dans le centre, coté plage, il offre la proximité des commerces et de la plage (accès directe à la mer). Donne accès aux 4 autres hotels decameron de l'ile. Deux points négatifs: pas de pc disponible pour accès internet (il faut avoir son ordinateur) la formule pension complète un peu lassante et compliqué si l'on souhaite manger dans un des autres hotels (reservation le matin uniquement, places limitées)

Hotel bem localizado e novo. Uma das melhores opções em San Andres. Serviço de comida e bebida é bem fraco, mas parece que não há uma concorrência à altura.

Decameron Los Delfines - bom custo\benefício
O hotel é aconchegante, bem-cuidado, bonito e estrategicamente localizado, próximo à área de comércio, prestadores de serviços (op. mergulho, aluguel de veículos) e de outro hotel da rede. Falta um acesso mais direto à praia, que fica distante (tem uma piscina, mas fecha às 19h). A alimentação é bem razoável, tanto no buffet quanto à la carte, inclusive nos restaurantes dos outros hotéis da rede na ilha. A possibilidade de frequentar esses outros hotéis(5) é ponto positivo, com destaque para o club de praia em Rocky Cay e os hotéis San Luiz e Marazul. Apesar de longe do Centro, oferecem boa estrutura. O quarto é confortável, mas no térreo a privacidade é mínima, estando de frente para a piscina e tudo que lá acontece. O serviço all-inclusive funcionou muito bem, exceto pelos horários limitados do snack-bar e por alguns drinks "semi-prontos", de qualidade duvidosa. O atendimento é muito bom, os funcionários são muito amáveis e prestativos na solução de qualquer problema. Como críticas, vale dizer que os shows não são muito bons e o wi-fi é pago - e não funciona nos quartos.

Hoteis Decameron, um complexo de opções
Ficar em um dos Hoteis Decameron em San Andres é realmente uma excelente escolha. Optei pelo "Los Delfines", que é aconchegante e romantico e próximo ao centro, porém sem muitas opções de lazer / entretenimento.Visitei 3 dos outros hoteis e considero que as melhores escolhas são o Los Delfines (junto ao centro comercial) e Marazul, um pouco mais distante - o taxi é barato - porém com as melhores opções de entretenimento. Resumidamente: os passeios são fantásticos, a comida é apenas regular e as opções de entretenimento / lazer nos hoteis são boas. Já para compras, é tudo super barato (tax free)!

The ocean is crystal clear!!!!!!
The standards are no the same as the US but they are not horrible. Hotel employees where very nice, specially the restaurants . We found activities at the other properties and they where fun. The ocean is absolutely spectacular!, the water so clear!.

The hotel was pretty nice and the attention very good. The food wasn't. I think that maybe that "all inclusive" thing is not as good as I expected. The quality of food and drinks wasn't good enough. Even at the other hotels. They should improve on this because that part ( food and drinks) is the reason why you choose an All-inclusive Hotel.

Is the best hotel at isle.
We stayed at this hotel during five days. The hotel situated at center, nearby from shopping-center and sea shore. The hotel is very silent, cozy and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is very delicious food. The hotel has good swimming pool. Is the best hotel at isle.

Just what I expected
Decamaron Los Delphines is just what I wanted. It was very nice, the staff was excellent and it was in a perfect location. This is one of the smaller Decamaron's in San Andres which made it perfect to be able to relax, walk in and out of the resturant without reservations or overcrowding and walk right up to the bar and get a drink without having to wait. Decamaron offers you access to eat, dine and all the beach activities at their other resorts on the island which is a very nice touch. The hotel has security which is good and mini market is right next door for anything you may need. The island is very safe and the people love to welcome tourists to their island.

Localização excelente , próximo do Centro Comercial , Hotel pequeno poucos quartos diferente de toda a Rede Decameron . Construído recentemente , bem agradável e silencioso . A única menção contra é o Restaurante que tem poucas opções de pratos , como nos outros Hotéis da Rede Decameron . Mas mesmo assim acredito ser o mais adequado para um casal .

Los Delfines em San Andres Islas - Colombia
O hotel é um hotel tipo butique, muito bem localizado a apenas 1 quadra (pequena) do centro comercial da ilha. É um hotel pequeno, com boa piscina e ótimo restaurante a la carte... a cortesia das pessoas que aí trabralham é superior à media dos colombianos em geral, que por si já é bem alta. A proximidade do hotel com o Decameron Aquarius supre muito bem ao fato de que o hotel não oferece atrações, shows, atividades desportivas, etc... isto é facilmente alcançavel no Aquarius, que está a apenas uns poucos minutos de caminhada, muito calma, segura e tranquila. O hotel é excelente para descansar a qualquer hora do dia. Imperdível o Rocky Cay Club de Playa e o passeio para snorkel não pode deixar de ser feito... tampouco o jantar de frutos do mar do Restaurant La Bruja no Aquarius. Realmente el mar de siete colores existe, é maravilhoso e está em San Andrés.

Best Hotel In San Andres. Please Make shure not to book in the rooms that are close to the street. To much Noise from the bars. The rest is great. Great food. Bad alcoholic drinks.
