Lovely historic, renovated home located in an historic neighborhood thatâs close to downtown and other amenities. Accommodations are updated without losing the historic charm. Amanda was incredibly gracious and hospitable. We look forward to our next day!â

âEasy access to local eatery and shopping. Not overly crowded. Property and room were clean. Family and pet friendly with no additional charges for pets. Went on a Wednesday, so no loud noises during our stay. Staff was super friendly. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They do provide a small bar of soap. Booked online, so got a better price without coupons. Overall we enjoyed our stay.â
âThis place was exactly what we needed. We were staying 1 night before the eclipse and just needed a place to crash. The beds were clean, the room was clean and we had no complaints except for thin comforters but we just pulled the 2nd one from the other bed. They also had a mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave which is becoming an uncommon thing. Would stay here again. Be ware of their intense speed bump in the parking lot. Even going less than 1mph my poor car's frame got a jolt. â

âThe house was impressive on the outside when we arrived. Once inside, the initial impression was good. As we checked things out, though, we found some things that we were not happy with.
The fan in Master bedroom did not work. The remote control had corroded batteries in it. I did find a new battery in a drawer and tried to make it work, but it never did.
The floor in Bath 2 was very soft and sunken right in front of the bathtub and there was a gap between the bathtub and the floor. We did...
âLocation location location. Right next to everything. House is huge, clean, and better than the pictures show. Host is fantastic. We will absolutely come back here next time we are in San Antonio!â
âLocation was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.â
