Room was very clean and comfortable. Had a good selection for breakfast every morning. I was very pleased with how clean the hotel was and how friendly staff was. Felt safe and parking was close by. Would choose this hotel again for sure.

The manager Trish Stivers was very rude when I told her I want to be transferred to another Holiday Inn hotel because their pool and hot tub is closed. I reserved this hotel because of the pool and on their website was no information about the pool being closed.

SImona, hotels cannot simply transfer reservations between other hotels. Also, I believe you were mistaken, our pool is and always has been fully open and operational. Thanks for staying with us.

The overall hotel was good it's just the pool was cold this hotel is more like for business people not for family.

I checked into my room a little after 9:00 PM. I tried to take a shower before I went to sleep and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told they couldn't do anything until morning. The next morning I talked to the hotel manager, Trish Stivers, and she seemed bothered to assist me. I asked for a refund and she said there was nothing she could do to help me. Horrible experience and terrible management.

There were of restaurants close by, but lots of construction on the roads. You could still get around, but had to fight the traffic. Was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast very good!

Nice comfortable room
The hotel room fixtures were a little dated but the room was clean and comfortable. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable and we slept well.

OVERALL GOOD.
OVERALL IT WAS WONDERFUL. THE ONLY THING WAS THAT THE A/C WAS NOT WORKING. THANK GOODNESS FOR THE WEATHER. IT WAS COLD OUTSIDE, SO IT WAS NOT THAT BAD INSIDE ROOM.

This place is pretty awful honestly. I checked in last night with an employee who was so sick they could barely talk. I then watched them wipe their nose with their bare hand and then grab my ID and credit card off the desk. He was also coughing openly. Then for some reason I’m in the handicapped hotel room with a shower head that is about as high as my belly button and the nozzle holder is broken so it’s even worse. Then the pool and hot tub were closed ‘because it rained’. That’s not how pools work. They claimed they put new chemicals in the water because it rained and it takes a long time for the water to be ready again. Having taken care of pools and hot tubs before, this is ridiculous. The other lady opposite the sick boy is also kind of abrasive. Definitely not a welcoming feeling here. Would not recommend.

Everything about this was good. The breakfast was actually really good. I loved having dove products. I have nothing to complain about but you guys could get new shower heads.

Good stay
The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was also convenient to where I needed to go. I would have given all excellents, but the bed was a little too hard for me. My back was hurting all night and when I got up in the morning. The room was very clean though. It was also pricey for the area its in. I was pleasantly suprised by how nice and well ran it was.

Customer didn’t have any alternative plans for maintenance . Adjust fan in restroom was not working and restroom was stinking. I saw big mouse at the gate. Overall i felt dirty compared to other hotels.

Mayor construction going on right outside of hotel. The room was not vacuumed. There was finger prints all over the door frames and someone’s lips on the bathroom frame. . Very dark bathroom. Nice pool.

Elevator stopped working. My husband had special shoe on because of foot surgery. This was very inconvenient for him climbing up and down 4 flights of stairs. Staff was very accommodating.

This was a very nice place to stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was kept replenished as people ate. We left something in the room and it was saved for us in the office until we could return and retrieve it. I believe this hotel sets an excellent standard! Thanks
