Clean in and out. Thats paramount. Pool was open and clean. Wifi was down the whole time. Staff was great.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room's have always been clean and updated. No worn out furniture or carpet. We have always stayed at this motel when visiting San Antonio.

Holiday quick get away
It was good. Fast and easy stay only for one night. Very convenient to Fiesta Texas and the shops at La Cantera.

Linen in bed were 2 flat sheets and outer cover. 1 bed was broken, i reported and was told, "well there's 2 bed right?" Deposit is basically which ever each employee decides to say ranged from 20-50. Roaches everywhere and get in disagreement when we complained of fighting outside and next door.

Los cuartos viejos y maltratados no tienen ni siquiera papel de baño. Tuve que pedir nadie. Te hace caso parece hotel abandonado del desierto, una toalla chiquita y vieja. La mía estaba rota. Lo único bueno fue la chava de la administración que es de Pakistán, muy amable todo lo demás cero, no regreso jamás el cuarto apesta cigarro.

Great Rate! I don't expect much: Heat, AC, running water, bedding, internet, and safety. Motel 6 delivers. In fact, the outdoor lighting is so very impressive that you can stand anywhere within 100 yards of the motel at night and not see a shadow! So bright.

The receptionist at check in was ok, she got us into our room quickly. The room was clean but there were not enough towels for our family of 4. We were only provided 2 small bath towels for us all to share. The pillows were super thin and cheap. And there was a nasty looking mystery stain on one of our beds. The hotel was close to 6 flags, which is the reason for us being in town. The location was good, but the comfort was not there. Another stay at this location probably won’t happen.

Confortable & Good
Room small but comfortable very well lighted parking lot quiet very close to Six Flags which was our go to and very close to restaurants and the Shops at La Cantera were amazing the only downside is the vending machine ate my money twice the front desk gentleman tried to help me then asked me to call number on machine which I did but no one answered but as far as motel I will definitely come back 😊👍

As a frequent traveler you can typically know what to expect from different facilities, however this is by far the worst. USED BANDAIDS ON THE FLOOR Cob webs in the ceilings No Shampoo /conditioner and no working phone in the room. Pillow shams were stained luckily I bring my own Always. Overall have to say this was a 1 star stay

Worst stay ever! They are doing construction without even saying it on the hotel page! What a joke they suppose let you know what is going on so you make a choice to stay or not. The worse thing is that the pool was closed!! They did not mention this at the hotels.com page! We wanted to use pool for hot day thats why u book hotel with pool!! So upset they ruined our little vacation we had! My kids were so sad never again will i stay there and im considering not using hotels.com also they should of known!!
