Nice clean convenient
Nice clean place close to downtown and frost arena but not walkable. The niehborhood has lots of houses being updated but the areas around this house r a rough. Walgreens dollar tree …. But the house was safe and comfortable.

Clean, close to downtown
Great communication with the owner. Clean and had everything you need during for your stay. Old neighborhood but good location, felt close to everything.

Great Stay
This was the perfect place for our family of 3 and a dog to stay. Tue fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and the open floor plan allowed our family to hangout during meal prep and at night. The neighborhood is going through a revitalization but we had no concerns and the location to the RiverWalk / downtown is amazing! It took is less than 10 minutes to get there for supper or walking the Riverwalk.

Very nice, pet friendly stay.
Blanca was great at communicating. Her property was very well maintained and she provided all that was needed to help make our stay at her rental great. She provides plenty of restroom & kitchen supplies. You can tell that Blanca really cares about her rental property as well as her renters. The area is in a location close to lots of great places if you’re a tourist here in San Antonio. We look forward to staying here again. ❤️

Great host
We had a nice stay in SA. The house is clean and cozy. It had everything that we need. Blanca is a great host, welcoming and very easy to communicate with. The only concern was that the neighborhood is not the nicest. But we didn't feel unsafe when we walked our dog around the neighborhood.

Absolutely Lovely!!
This home is gorgeous and has everything you could need and more! We travel with a large dog and the fully fenced back yard was very secure with plenty of room to roam. The neighborhood seems to be in a revitalization so some houses are a bit rough. But once inside it was quiet, safe and secure including an alarm system and ring doorbell. We traveled several times to the riverwalk and the Alamodome and never waited longer than five minutes for an Uber. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit San Antonio!!

Our stay at this totally awesome home was awesome. Blanca, the property manager was so easy to communicate with; she was 100% attentive, kind, and understanding but never intrusive. Loved the true home feeling of the house and all the amenities that came with it. Everything was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN and neat. Not one bad thing about our overall experience and looking forward to staying here again soon when we come back to visit San Antonio. Thank you so much Blanca

Great house
This home had almost everything we needed. So cozy & comfortable. Will definitely rent this place again. Great communication with the owner. Only downfall is no grill but that won’t stop me from renting again. Loved it.

Great home base!
My family and I rented this house for my son’s athletic tournament and we were pleasantly surprised. It was so clean, roomy, and cozy. It was just like home and a great place to come back to and watch a movie and hang with our dogs. There was also tons of storage for our stuff which is a huge problem with many rentals we’ve had historically. I would definitely recommend!

Found This Little House Off Center St Through AirB&B And It Was So Nice & Roomy, Everything About The House Was So Nice , Bianca Made Sure Our Time There Was So Memorable. Everything Was Stocked, Bedrooms Was So Spacious Plenty Covers, Towels & And Xtra Blow Up Bed The House Was Very Cozy & Very Nice. Thanks Bianca For The House & Everything U Did 2 Make Our Stay Absolutely Perfect. Next Time I’m N San Antonio I Will Book The House Again. Thanks For All Your Help When We Was Locked Out And U Stepped Up & Really Came Through. Really Loved The House it’s Absolutely A Gorgeous House & The Neighbors Was Vey Nice. & Friendly.

Weekend getaway
Overall good property and experience super close to river walk if I come back to San Antonio I’ll make sure to book this house neighborhood was super quite.

Better than the Pics
The house has been renovated really well. It was a perfect fit for 2 couples! We enjoyed being so close to the Riverwalk and went several times. There's not much of a backyard and no grill but the inside is very clean and comfortable. The owner was attentive but not overbearing. We had a great trip!
