It was noisy with construction and banging in room next door, dirty, towels stained and key card didn’t work had to be going to desk to reactivate. It was horrible. The office clerk refused a refund on day one. I wish Expedia could help with a refund but same. Nobody cared how unhappy we were.

There was no lock on the door. We had to slam the door 2-3 times for it to close. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:45am wanting to come in and clean when checkout is at 11am. There was no shampoo or soap in the room and when I went down to ask for some I was given 1bar of soap. I literally had to ask for shampoo twice.

There was a mildew or mold like smell. Property is ok but need updating and renovation. Rooms ac unit was loud. Bathtub/shower needs Reno, felt like a slip and fall was highly likely. No cups or Kleenex in the rooms.

It was clean the room was neat and clean. The only dispute I have was there was a not of chatter and sounds coming from the hall way. I was on the third floor. So I assume staff doesn't go up there unless they need to. The halls were filled with people coming in and out from the room in front of me. And the halls where full of smoke coming from that room. They were using the fire escape stairs to go up and down the hotel. This was already early in the morning hours. Like at 2 am. I assume they are short on staff for the graveyard hours. But the staff should be checking the camera feeds and taking care of that matter. But everything else was good. The bed was soft and the pillows were good. The shower and hot water. And the a/c was super cold.

The whole place its sketchy. Look like people live there per month. Halls have strong smell of cigarette and marijuana. My room was good but notice that used shampoo bottles were left in the bath tub. Noticed that i could hear the vehicles on the interstate so i went to the window and noticed that it was Plexiglas and it was poorly installed. Stay alone ok to sleep only, not with families!!!!!

The place is dirty. The door to the room did not close well. The halls smell like cigarettes smoke. The carpet was dirty full of hair. The blankets on the bed had stains. The shower was dirty as well as the shower curtain.

upon checking in I was given a card key that didn't work so I had to take it back for reactivation and then still didn't work. They moved me rooms to the 3rd floor and card key still didn't work so manager had to open it with a key. So I had no card key to go in and out of my room. I am a female and I was checking in alone so saftey is a priority. When I got to my room the latch ( the 2nd lock the door usually has) was broken and I could not use it. There seemed to be several people just wondering outside the building and it just felt unsafe to me but I am a worrier so this is only my opinion

Dont ever stay here
They had a dirty room. Didnt care to go look at the oudes around my toilet an blood . Acted offended for questing or requesting for it to be clean. N refused just offered sheets. BC HES NOT THE MAINTENANCE HES THE MANAGER. ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM. SAID HE HAD NONE. ASKED FOR MY REFUND SAID HES NOT THE MANGER TO GIVE ME ONE. WOULDNT EVEN GO CHECK RHE ROOM. PAID FOR A ROOM THAT WAS NOT READY TO USE AN WHEN I CALLED THE COPS AFTER HE THREATENED TO . I MADE THE MOVE THEN HE BEGGED FOR US GO TO LOOK ANOTHER ROOM HE HAS.. SUDDENLY. AFTER I SAID IDONT WANT TO STAY HERE A MILLION TIMES. I UNDERSTAND NO REFUND FOR CERTAIN CONDITIONS BUT NOT FOR THIS.. SO HORRIBLE EVEN WHEN MAGICALLY HE HAD A ROOM.. THAT IS OUTDOOR UNLIKE THE OTHER INDOOR ROOM I RESERVED AND PAYED FOR ALREADY ... ALL I HEAR IS LOUD CRACK HEADS AND MY DOORS LOCK DOESNT LOCK AT ALL PLS THE SECURITY BAR IS BROKEN.. WTFFF

New managment new rooms
The room was fine the prices were fine. Had trouble at other hotels in the area so our check in was late at night/early morning but when i went to check in i walked into the office and 4 people were standing there trying to find the person at the desk one said i think he is in that room behind the desk sleeping. After waiting 45 minutes i decided to knock on the door i knocked louder and louder until i decided to give the door 3 good kicks ( my room was paid for and it was 3 am) then i heard someone say 1 minute i let him handle the people that waited longer than me and then i got into my room. When i arrived origionally i noticed a sign that said " new managment new rooms" upon leaving after check out i noticed someone changed the sign to " new managment sucks D*** im guessing it was one of the people that waited longer than i did

I like it was close to places I needed to go. Did not like that I was charged twice. Front desk guy said I should get a refund . There was weird like animal noises/crawling at night through the ceiling or walls so I turned on the tv and side light.

I'm thrilled to read that you were pleased with the convenience of our hotel. However, I'm disappointed that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. You indicated you were unsatisfied with the possible noise disturbance and you were over charged. Upon investigated, there is no sign of a over charge you were charged 63.00 for the room and 50.00 for deposit fee which was refund on the 12-21-23; however it can take up to 7 to 14 days to reflect in your account. Please contact your financial source directly for assistance. Your feedback is important to us and your comments will be shared with management in an effort to address your concerns if necessary.
