The internet issue could have been due to a recent outage, which was out of our control, but have confirmed it works fine. The hot water heater does work and we had responded to your message. Sorry for your experience Tim, I did speak with Brenda and she did contact the police non emergency for you, as you did mention it was the neighbors (not in the complex) dogs that were the issue. We cannot control animals and if you mentioned the other items she would have made sure the cleaning company would have gone by. We have pest control go by monthly as we take those types of maintenance issue seriously. When I go away or not available, I do send out messages, letting you know who to contact in case of emergency. It is my understanding that she did reply and answered you. Aside from the barking dog anything else would have been addressed within 24 hours.

Hello Bradley, I am so sorry your stay was not 100% satisfactory, you should have let me know and we would have done something to get the faucet fixed and see as well on getting a new mattress if needed. I strive on getting feedback from my guest to better my home and have it at 100% for everyone.

Hello Marissa, we are truly sorry you encountered these issues, and I will be speaking to my secretary and the cleaning company about this as well. Not sure why there was outages for the internet during your stay, but we haven't had an issue with the Wi-Fi before.

Hello Thomas, this apartment was cleaned the morning of the 30th and neither my team nor me were ever informed of any of the issues you seem to have encountered. You had 2 phone #'s to contact me and my team plus the app and there are no messages making us aware of the issues you mentioned. We would have made things right if this was on us, my team is always available year-round to fix any of these issues but since there was not communication from your part to us nothing was able to get fixed for you and make your stay enjoyable.

Hi Kerl, Thank you for reminding me about that issue we had and is all fixed. Unfortunately summer time is extremely busy and we barely have time in between guest and on the noise I usually try to let my tenants to respect my other guest but I can not control them. I deeply apologize for the unacceptable situation you found yourself in when you arrived to find another family checked into the rental property. Displacing you late at night without confirmed accommodations for your family of 6 is completely inexcusable. We failed utterly in our most basic duty to honor your reservation. Please know I fully recognize the immense hassle, frustration and stress this major oversight caused, completely derailing your vacation. There is simply no excuse. We have learned extensively and implemented new procedures to ensure this never happens again. I did refund your full booking amount related to this double-booking failure.
