There was a few things i didnt like,the sofas had stains on the cushions ,one of the tv in the room didnt work,both radios in both rooms didnt work,the pot and frying pot ,looked a bit dirty ,there was not enough coffe,no cream or sugar packs in the room

This was a great place. The roads were under construction around us, but we had no trouble getting in and out. We will definitely stay here again. Very clean and safe.

This place left so much to be desired. Upon check in we were told we were on floor 4, and the elevator is broken. I asked to be moved to a lower floor and they switched us to floor 2. The elevator at this point had been broken at least 4 days per their email (ridiculous to be down multiple days.) We opened our room to find a gross giant dirty cleaning cart, dirty rags all over our kitchen. I called down to reception and they said they’d come get it, which they did, but we still had to clean and sanitize our room afterwards ourselves. Gross. Then we tried to set up the pull out couch only to realize, no, it’s not a pull out. Just a regular loveseat. We booked a room for 4 people… this room has one queen bed. Please tell me how 4 people are supposed to fit in 1 queen bed? Absolutely insane. I went back to reception and was told there are no rooms with pull out couches and they were unsure how to accommodate us at this point, no extra rooms to switch us to, and no cots available. They found an extra twin mattress so we could put 1 of our children there but they said they only had 1 extra pillow. 4 people with a total of 3 pillows and 1 bed. We will never book here again. Please do better, when guests book for 4 occupants make sure you have accessibility to sleep them all as they’re paying guests. I shouldn’t have to even say that out loud I feel. 2/10 stars, only for easy parking and a good location. Would never recommend WaterWalk!

The staff at Waterwalk were exceptional, from check in to check out. The property was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. But it was the customer service that sets this property apart. Christina was particularly kind and helpful to my family, going above and beyond to ensure my disabled mother was comfortable and had what she needed. The property checks all of the boxes you look for in a hotel, but I cannot say enough about how the staff set themselves apart and managed their reputation and service in a way you don't often find in a business. Thank you!

This property is a college community. All unused or available units are used as hotel rooms. Staff was not there at time of check in so I had to call the office, front door was closed as well. Rooms are small, low ceilings, cheap furniture all around, cheap toiletries, towels, TVs, etc. There is only one elevator for all floors, very slow, and someone had just thrown up in the elevator, the stink was extremely bad. I made the staff aware and she blamed it on the “elevator oil” not on what problem was. Pretty outside, quiet, even though it’s mostly college students. You can hear the people on top floors walking. Close to the mall, Six Flags, and many restaurants. Would not stay there again.

Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Two bedroom suite was perfect. Lots of fun stuff to do in walking distance as well.

Property was clean. The room was almost perfectly cleaned. There was an odor to the room that wasn't pleasant. They could offer bigger beds than the full/queen size beds they currently offer.

This is a great place to stay but far from downtown. I got misled by the name - this place is 25 miles (!) from SA Riverwalk, Alamo and other places of interest. There's construction happening on the highway in front so it isn't easily accessible. The popular navigation apps may have difficulty directing one to the front gate. The property itself is great. We had two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room kitchen. They were all clean and in good condition. The kitchen had adequate cookware. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's no breakfast just 24 hours of coffee. Overall one of our best stays except for the location.

Great place! Highly recommended!
It's so nice to have a separate bedroom AND separate bathroom!! I know AirBnB has that, but sometimes you just want a hotel. Their ability to accommodate late check ins was super easy. The parking lot is easy to maneuver in and there's plenty of parking. Any question you have they address quickly and with kindness. Great value for the $. We will absolutely stay here again.
