The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and a special thank you to Laura at the front desk for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

J’ai demandé de faire la chambre.Le lendemain la 3 e journée la chambre n’a pas été faite Je suis allé a la reception me plaindre car enfin un être humain. La préposée a écris une note dans son ordi.La 4 e journée même situation et je me suis encore plaint.Dans tout mon séjour ils n’ont jamais nettoyé ma chambre , pas de serviette propre. En plus pas d’eau...

“Mer hostel än hotell. Okej bemötande av personal. "Continental breakfast" var rostbröd, jordnötssmör och färska äpplen. Mysig liten gata i universitetsområdet, men lååångt om man vill promenera till stränderna.”

“We really enjoyed staying at Wydham Beach Resort. The room was so spacious and had extremely comfortable beds with luxurious sheets and pillows. The pools were amazing and last but not least the private hotel beach in conjunction with the pool area was so nice. The rainforest view from our balcony on the last floor was just breathtaking 😃👍”

“I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive.
