Villa Monte Leon Deluxe is an extraordinary 3-bedroom retreat offering accommodation for up to 12 guests. Situated on a sprawling 7,500-square-meter plot, this property boasts an open-concept layout, spectacular mountain views, and a private heated pool (available with a supplement), all in a secluded environment ensuring absolute privacy.



The villa blends luxury and elegance across all its spaces. While it features three spacious bedrooms, its capacity for 12 guests is achieved with the inclusion of high-quality sofa beds, accommodating up to four people per room. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and utensils, ensures a comfortable and stress-free stay. Two expansive living rooms, a stylish dining area, and multiple balconies provide ample space for relaxation and enjoyment, complemented by air conditioning throughout and private parking.



Outdoors, the villa features a stunning private pool with Roman steps, measuring 10m x 5m with a depth of 1.5m. Guests can bask in the sun or cool off with a poolside shower. The barbecue area is perfect for al fresco dining while taking in the serene landscape.



Villa Monte Leon Deluxe is nestled in the exclusive Monte León residential area, renowned for its luxurious homes and breathtaking views of the rugged mountains of southern Gran Canaria.



Included in your stay:

- Personal welcome and key handover until 8 p.m.

- For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning with fresh linens and towels.

- Up to two cots and high chairs for children under 2 years (upon request).



Important Information:

- Sofa beds are only prepared for occupancies exceeding six guests. Guests requesting all sofa beds for lower occupancies must book for the maximum capacity of 11-12 people.

- The property requires a refundable damage deposit of €1,000, which is returned after inspection post-departure.

- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of €100 for the entire stay.

- Late check-ins are available upon request for an additional fee:

€30 (20:30–22:00), €50 (22:00–00:00), or €80 (00:00–01:30).

- Heated pool €80 per day
