The Suite Arthouse apartment in San Bartolomé offers 75 m² and accommodates up to 3 guests. You have a bedroom with a double bed (135 x 200 cm), a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, small fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, and small appliances. There is also a wooden-floored area with a 90 x 200 cm bed, ideal for a third guest or as a reading, teleworking, drawing, or yoga space. Clean sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, and a welcome gift are provided. For stays longer than one week, you receive a mid-stay bathroom cleaning and towel change. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are available. The terrace offers views of Teguise and Famara. You enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and free private parking.

You can enjoy the shared garden with dragon trees, palm trees, and other native species, as well as have a private terrace for each suite.



The accommodation is located within an art center in San Bartolomé, a space created by a family of artists: a painter mother, a sculptor father, and a designer son. Each suite has large windows that open to the landscape and the garden. The property is in the geographical center of the island, in a quiet residential area, less than 25 minutes from both the north and south, close to the Monumento al Campesino, between the Jable landscape and the La Geria vineyards.



There is parking on the property. The hosts live on site, but not in the same accommodation. A free guided tour of the gallery and art studios is offered. Public transport is nearby.
