Conveniently set in a desirable West End neighborhood, this impressive living space is created by a beautifully maintained classic interior and comes equipped with large living spaces, second-floor bedrooms, and lush entertainment spaces. This 2-story home is situated on an oversized lot with fully fenced in backyard for added guest privacy.

Step inside this beautifully updated home and fall in love with it's grand spaces, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living areas, and a second-floor workspace nook.

Upon entrance, you are warmly greeted by a carpeted living room with large leather sofas next to a formal dining area. There is also a second living area with a huge 65” TV - perfect for small gatherings with friends and family. Curl up and watch shows on the 70-inch smart TV while catching up with friends - or head over to the compact kitchen and whip up your favorite meal.
The kitchen boasts granite countertops and a center island that compliments the space. It also features professional-grade appliances including a newly installed second oven. There is a pantry where you can pack supplies during your stay and the dining area offers the perfect balance for casual and formal entertaining alike.
Sleep in a nice queen-sized bed in our downstairs bedroom. A walk-in closet, a dresser, and television are all included in the room. The other three bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. The first bedroom has a California King bed, a walk-in closet for your belongings, a large fan, a dresser, and a TV. The second and third bedrooms upstairs both have queen beds, a walk-in closet, a television and a dresser. A private bathroom with a shower and a standard bathtub is included upstairs as well. This is city living that's second-to-none.

Dirty upon arrival

None of the bed were made or sheets washed. Sand was all over the house and in the shower. Food debris all over table, counters, floors, in fridge. Washer outer ring had mold and no clean towels and no toilet paper in entire house. The host sent a cleaner but the cleaner didn’t do anything but restock TP. Me and my spouse had to clean whole house. Was not how we wanted to start our vacation.

A clean, spacious house, with good values!

We came to Fontana for a family gathering in Rancho Cucamonga. We enjoyed our two night stay at this house very much. Our host was very responsive with accommodating requests, and the house itself was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is safe, and we felt very comfortable the entire time. Why even charge a cleaning fee?

Upon arriving to the property there is a horrible stench. The smell is very nauseating & should be addressed. The listing shows 4 bedrooms but there are 5. The fifth one is locked. That should’ve been disclosed in the listing because the whole time we felt very uncomfortable not knowing who/what was in the room. The place was VERY FILTHY. The downstairs bathroom rug reeked of pee. The refrigerator had dead flies in it. The washing machine had something nasty stuck to the inside door. The upstairs shower curtain liner was beyond nasty & when I tried to contact the owner about it, he never responded. The upstairs toilet seat is also cracked so every time we sat on it, it pinched our skin. So we stopped using it, leaving only the downstairs toilet the only usable toilet. The sink had a very nasty, smelly sponge to wash dishes with. There was cobwebs everywhere. I spent $50 just on cleaning supplies & laundry stuff because none of that was available on the property. The Tide that is provided is full of water. Every time you contact the owner he wants pictures of whatever you’re referring to. This was my first trip on Vrbo so I’m not familiar with how to send pictures in the chat, but regardless I feel like if I’m telling you something is wrong, I shouldn’t have to prove it to you before you’re willing to fix it. Overall the place has potential but I wouldn’t stay here again. Side note: For any future guests, the shower knobs are backwards and there’s a camera upstairs watching u

Our week in Fontana

I will start by saying, I am not a typical complainer and rarely will mention if things are not up to par... but we were really displeased with many things at this house and I believe anybody considering this place as a rental should be fully informed. 1) the house had a terrible smell and even though we left windows open all week, it was still there when we left 2) There was not nearly enough dishes and cutlery provided so we had to go buy our own 3) There was not enough garbage bags or toilet paper so once again we had to go buy our own. 4) The fridge was filthy and so we had to clean it before we could use it. One shelf was so dirty we opted not to clean that as it should not be our job and just did not use that shelf cuz it was too dirty to put our food on. 5) There was some mix up with the dishwasher plumbing and the dirty discharge water would get pumped right up onto the counter in the kitchen through a strange spout that was mounted by the sink. The water would run all over the counter and until we realized what was going on and blocked it with a big towel each time, it was causing a huge mess 6) The washer rim was so dirty and gross we had to be very careful when doing laundry not to let our clothes touch that when taking them out to put them into the dryer.... which did not dry well unless you ran it multiple times for one load even with a cleaned out lint trap. Again, I hate to sound like a negative nelly but this was all very unacceptable to us.
