I am writing to say I was pleasantly surprised by the great service, cleanliness and size of the suite that we were able to stay in. Pricing was also great!
However, I am writing to you so that you are well aware of an uncomfortable situation we faced. There was another person in our group that was never waned that someone would be working on the air unit in her room. She was taken by surprise and did not feel comfortable. We noticed later that day (approx. 12:30pm) the same person servicing her room made his way to the pool area with 3 beers as our young preteen girls made use of the pool. He moved into the BBQ area once a few men from our group showed up. In the BBQ area the same man along with a few others that joined proceeded to smoke marijuana and drink. Although you can classify none of this as against the law...I think that this was very unprofessional. It created a level of uncomfortableness returning to our rooms. Workers/companies utilized to serve your rooms should not be allowed to consume alcohol or smoke anything that could alter their behavior around your staying customers. It's a shame to have to write these as all of your own employees gave such great service.
