The space
This apartment is part of a larger house, and is located on the lower level. There are no stairs so it is easy access! The upper level is available to be rented separately but is not included in this listing. The lower level is completely private and the grill area is included for the private use of the lower level tenants only! This is a lovely home for a couple on a romantic getaway!

Guest access
You have access to the entire bottom terrace and can park in the gated parking space, or on the street in the cul-de-sac. The BBQ/asador area is for your private use only. The upper level is separate and is not accessible.

Other things to note
We do not allow parties of any kind and quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Only 2 people are allowed to be in the house, so no guests or friends are allowed. We can make an exception if you have a child you are bringing with you, we just need to communicate and can plan for that!
