The highlight of the property is the beautiful private pool (12 x 5 m, depth 150-170 cm), open from the beginning of May to the end of September, equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, deck chairs, and coffee tables, ideal for cooling off during summer days.

The outdoor spaces are completed by a private open-air parking area for 10 cars, a barbecue, and a traditional wood-fired oven, ideal for convivial evenings centered around Tuscan cuisine.

Villa Molamezza is spread over 3 levels and harmoniously combines original features with modern comforts. It offers Internet Wifi connection and air conditioning in all rooms. On request, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available. Pets are allowed upon request.

Ground floor: The main level welcomes a bright living area consisting of a spacious air-conditioned lounge with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and an elegant large mirror; a generous dining room with a table for 10 guests, air conditioning, and a working fireplace; and a minimalist-style corner kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, stovetop, refrigerator, and coffee machine.

On the same floor, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with two single beds, both featuring ensuite bathrooms with showers.

Mezzanine floor: A short flight of stairs leads to 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, offering a more private and comfortable setting.

First floor: The upper level hosts the sleeping area with 1 twin bedroom with two queen-size beds and a private bathroom with shower located outside the room, as well as 1 double bedroom with an elegant four-poster bed (170 cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (500.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
