-This property comes with two parking spots in an underground garage
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, a $350.00/month utility fee will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
--If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $125 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
