Ideal location; incredible home; wonderful host

The impeccably designed home features exquisite attention to detail in every respect. The two downstairs en suite bedrooms, laundry room, and office area are self-contained and very thoughtfully designed and furnished. The lower level deck, off the main bedroom, has great rocking chairs and shares the spectacular view with the upper deck. The upstairs entry area, living room, guest bath, kitchen, and dining room are wonderfully laid out and fully equipped plus, plus. The deck on that upper level is expansive with comfortable chairs and a large dining table. The view from San Clemente to Dana Point is wonderful, and the soothing sound of the surf is a nonstop delight. On a clear day, you can see Catalina. Lynn is the consummate host; she thinks of everything and is the best VRBO host we've had in more than 25 years of VRBO rentals. Thank you, Lynn, for a wonderful stay! We look forward to being back next year, D.V.

Beautiful without feeling fussy

Lynn is the consummate hostess. Her only concern upon check-in, was to see that anything we might need, is located and welcomed us to feel free to utilize it if needed. It is a perfect home to refresh and feel that you’re in a truly restful place. Having grown up on the coast, the overcast mornings, warm afternoons and brilliant-moon evenings were all part of the restorative memories we had about our past. Absolutely stunning ambience, decor and location were not only visually pleasing, the entire home is so much better than a resort property. We hope to re-visit sometime soon! Thank you Lynn, for sharing your lovely home.

Oceanview get away

The pictures do not do this San Clemente property justice. It is beautiful and the view is spectacular. We met the owner at the property for a tour and to show us where everything was. There was a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us. The home is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. It is obvious the love that went into the design. We enjoyed the two decks for morning coffee and evening wine and the sunsets were glorious. Though we enjoyed restaurants in San Clemente and nearby Laguna Beach, it was a pleasure to cook in this kitchen for friends who joined us. The beds were very comfortable and the location is very convenient to everything. I hope we get to come back. It was one of my very favorite VRBO rentals! Thank you, Lynn!

What a delight!

We loved our stay at this luxurious property. Lynn was a very gracious hostess, greeting us with all the right information and available throughout our stay. The view from the patio, living room and dining room is unmatched! From the beach activities to the surfers to the dolphins—all so entertaining. The property is superbly equipped—truly a quality residence--comfortable, welcoming, private and well located. We loved our stay and hope to repeat it in the future. Breathtaking Views, Gorgeous Property

The home is so charming. The views are stunning. The sunset from the balcony is out of this world. The home is stocked with everything you can possibly need for any activity. Eating area outside as well, so you can watch the sunset at dinner- incredible! Our host was awesome & left a nice bottle of wine & chocolates for our anniversary. The house is close to everything. Best part is it's an hour outside of the LA craziness and traffic, a huge plus. Definitely an A+ property. The only thing that was not so great was a heat wave in CA that our host couldn't have prevented, but the house was extremely hot from time to time. Again, no way for the host to have prevented that! There were lots of fans & I'd imagine it's unusual for a property that close to the beach. I still gave 5 stars because we had a fabulous time & house was immaculate.

Just PERFECT!!

We couldn't have asked for more with this place. The views are amazing and the house is spotless with gorgeous furniture and decor. A nicely appointed kitchen was great for foodies and included a Viking range. Lynn met us there to show us around and presented a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates to welcome us. The house is stunning with nice linens and great bed. I spent every single day out on the deck. If you are looking for a really memorable trip- we highly recommend this place!

Excellent location and condo

Big, clean and very well appointed condo. Views are outstanding and unobstructed. The ocean front walkway goes for miles. Importantly the PCH curves up well behind the condo so you don’t hear traffic. Going to sleep with the sound of the waves was therapeutic! We certainly plan on returning.

Ambiance, views, location, views, well-equipped, views, lots of privacy but convenient to town and short walk to the beach…and did I mention the incredible views?! We listened to the ocean and watched every gorgeous sunset from both decks. Exceeded our expectations.

Immaculate cozy beach home!

Great ocean view (sunsets were amazing). Loved watching the surfers, dolphins and occasional weddings. Property was extremely clean, comfortable and had a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Great location for short walk to the pier and drive to Dana Point. We are already thinking about booking again for next year. Husband thought the house was fabulous and he is not easily impressed!

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful property. The views from all of the decks were amazing and the location of the property was perfect for us. Lynn, the host, was there to meet us when we arrived with a bottle of wine and chocolates. She gave us a tour to acquaint us with the property, which was very helpful. This is a great place to vacation in Southern California!

I fell in love

Everything about this , was beyond . Lynn the owner is the nicest person. Not only did she give me a beautiful bottle of wine upon my arrival. She actually picked up some groceries for me, so i did not need to go food shopping when i got there. Who offers this kind of service. Amazing Her home is Beautiful, everything is incredible quality and extremely welcoming. I booked my return for next year. The location in San clemente is amazing . Great eating , shopping or just relaxing. I am sorry to be leaving and i never feel like that.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We spent 8 wonderful days in San Clemente. Lynn was great to work with leading up to our stay and met us at the house to show us around and orient to the area. The house is part of a 5 unit building overlooking the ocean from a bluff - this unit has by far the best views and location. Sunset every night; 2 beautiful decks overlooking the ocean; very comfortable furniture. We traveled with our 2 sons - ages 9 and 11 - lots of space, great kitchen, BBQ. Easy access to the beach - 5 minute walk and the garage comes stocked with beach toys, chairs and beach umbrellas. Lynn has done everything right here to make sure your trip is easy. We look forward to returning and exploring more of Southern California.

Beautiful property

This beach house is just like the pictures, beautiful. The views are spectacular, every detail is addressed along with the beautiful furniture. It's fully stocked with everything imaginable, especially the kitchen. It's perfect for bike riding and walking on the beach, several trails to nearby towns and beaches. The property owner, Lynn, is very helpful and welcomes you upon arrival. We had a wonderful month and we will definitely go back.
