“The photos on Expedia do NOT reflect the reality of this place. We didn’t even stay there and probably won’t be reimbursed. It was horrible, run down , poorly working a/c, non working safe, far away from the port, the hot tub was empty and the plaster eroding, I can go on and on…there are far superior places for less money closer to town. I Seriously urge you, DO NOT be fooled by the photos and phony ( they HAVE to be phony) 9/10 ratings!! This place truly deserves 0/ 10. I feel cheated. Ended...

“Fantastic stay at Mainao Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating—always greeting us with a smile. We booked 9 rooms, and every single one was clean, spacious, and very well equipped for short or longer stays, with plenty of drawers and storage to truly settle in.
