“The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and...

“The outside of the hotel has an eclectic feel with the tropical florals and outer wall cut outs. The room is spacious and basic, with outer balconies including hammocks . Relax beach vibes and close enough to walk to the shoreline where the crabs and sea lions roam in abundance. Service was quick and complimentary breakfast was good.”
