San Diego Vacay
We enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything that we needed. The AC units in the bedrooms really came handy when we had couple of warmer days. The neighborhood is great. Very close to Walmart, target and the highway. We had our 7yo son with us and did a lot of kid related stuff and the location was just perfect. It was about 20 min drive from a lot of attractions. The owner is very responsive and we hardly needed anything. We would definitely recommend this house

Great Location and Lemony ascent in the air
We enjoyed the 50s style kitchen. Hardwood floors were a wonderful feel throughout the house. Backyard lanai had multiple couches and a nice size grill that added a nice outdoor touch.

Perfect for us

Perfect bungalow
We were delighted to find the Veronica was house a perfect spot for Labor Day visit with daughter and grandkids. The location was very good: only 15 minutes from Point Loma where family lives. The house was immaculate and fully stocked- nothing missing. Our service dog loved the doggy door and backyard. The window air conditioning kept us cool at night. Easy 5 stars. Thank you so much. Affordable home with privacy and outdoor space
This is a nice older home in neighborhood that was easy to get to yet felt safe. Home is very private, with beautiful outdoor space perfect for family and pets. We stayed here for 2 weeks with our dogs while visiting family and we were very comfortable, felt right at home. Note if you have pets, part of the fencing is chain link, but yard is fully fenced. My only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are the lack of AC in main living area (works great in bedrooms), minor maintenance needs, and delays in communication pre-arrival. During our stay the host was very responsive when called. We would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Convenient location and good communication
I am giving a 5 starts on this property. My husband loves it has a washing machine and dryer. I love the ample space. The window unit air condition is a bit loud but we sleep through the night without issues. Great communication with the property owner.

Phenomenal stay
The perfect house. Great space for kids indoor and outdoors. Comfortable beds. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, easy access to multiple grocery stores and amenities. Gloria’s beaches only 20 minutes and the highways are so easy to navigate. This is the best rental property we have stayed at and we have stayed at LOTS. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent rental!
We very much enjoyed or stay in San Diego! The property was exactly what we needed for our family of four. The location is fantastic. It's within about 15 or 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do including downtown and beaches. Our host was quick to get back to us every time we had a question. It was fantastic to be able to take our fur baby on vacation with us. The backyard was wonderful, the pantry was nicely stocked with spices, and the space was very comfortable for us. I would stay here again, no questions asked. Thanks so very much!

It was a very comfortable place for the 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 young kids. Location is excellent, close to the shopping center and all the attractions. Back yard is completely fenced and very nice. The neighborhood is quiet as it's not on a busy street. Overall our experience was very pleasant.

This property is in a residential community and close to many San Diego activities, beaches, dog beach. Sea World. A short drive on local freeways will get you to Old Town and Sea Port. The home is warm, cozy, with a great spacious back yard, nice community. This home felt so warm and comfortable, home away from home.

The property was just as described. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing, the host was very responsive and came and fixed it within an hour. The home was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Laundry, backyard and having your own parking space were very convenient! There is stuff nearby and it wasn’t a bad drive to most of the stuff we wanted to do! Would highly recommend! Also super pet friendly and our fur babies loved the yard and all of the windows to look out of :-)

We stayed during the heat wave...upon our arrival we were so pleased that the house was cooled for us! Heavenly! Thank you! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Cozy and adorable. We Love This Place!

Close to everything
I am so glad I didn’t pay for a resort or hotel because with the two kids and my dog it would’ve been impossible up all those stairs or elevator get to the room, taking the dog out for a walk or going to the bathroom would not have been easy. The location of the house was fairly good it was within 20 minutes drive time to just about everything you want to see in San Diego area. The back yard was nice with fruit trees and grass. There was an impressive amount of outdoor furniture and even though it was hot the swamp coolers kept the house pretty cool at least in the bedrooms it was most important when we got back from all our adventures every night.

This place was great, 1950s home with the charm intact, located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for the kids and dog to play while you BBQ. < 20 minutes to Mission Beach, the Zoo, and Downtown. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two small children. Will definitely be returning!

We were in San Diego for a Baby Shower and to have a little tourist fun. This location was perfect!!! A quiet neighborhood conveniently located to all the San Diego attractions. The property was just as described & pictured. The beds were super comfortable, the wi-fi worked great, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Everything we were looking for
Thanks, Adahber, for providing an excellent San Diego getaway. Your house is exactly as described, and served every need we had. Needless to say, our little dog Duc (pronounced like Duke) made the entire backyard his domain. The patio is perfect for afternoon relaxation. Perfect for our visit in San Diego
We were in San Diego visiting relatives. We chose this Vrbo from the photos and because it was ideally situated for an easy commute to the different locations we needed. It looks just like the photos. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped for our needs. There was minimal neighborhood noise, with a small exception of a barking dog one afternoon. Fortunately we didn't have to listen to it very long (30 minutes) as we left and were gone until later in the evening. The host was easy to contact and she was very polite and responsive to our inquiries. We would stay here again and we would recommend it to anyone that doesn't need a larger space.

Bucket Trip!

Property is great, w/ a couple of things to be aware of:
Home is very comfortable and is pretty much as pictured and as described in listing. Owner was immediately available to help via phone when we locked ourselves out. Beds were very comfy (and that’s saying a lot because I’m hardly ever comfortable when I’m not in my own bed) and we slept great. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and utensils we could possibly need. TV was easy to operate. Tufi signal was good and reliable (we are great students and needed to do some online school while staying there so this was important). There were beach chairs and some yard games in the garage too, which made our beach days so nice! This property is about 20 min from Mission/OB. Backyard is lovely and our dog really enjoyed running up and down the fence barking at the neighbor’s dogs. This brings me to some things future guests might want to be aware of. Every neighbor has dogs and all the dogs talk to each other all day long! Our dog isn’t used to so much action and drove us crazy barking in the house all day. This was especially problematic during our baby’s naps! This isn’t the fault of the owner or anything wrong with this home, it’s just the situation in this neighborhood. We absolutely had to keep the front and back doors open all day because there’s no A/C in the house. There are window units in the bedrooms which makes sleeping quite comfortable, but in July the main living spaces were very warm. The temps outside were in the mid 70s but the living room was easily 80 and humid. Most of the living room windows are part of a bay window and do not open. Therefore, we had to use the front and back doors for cross ventilation. There are tenants who reside on the back half of this property, but they enter and exit, get their mail, and use the trash bins at the front of this property. Their coming and going drove our dog nuts! Again, not the fault of the owner but something to be aware of when planning to stay here: there will be various members of the tenant family coming and going throughout the day across the front yard and driveway, and getting up on your front porch to get their mail. If future guests plan to be out most of the day, the heat in the living room and the tenants coming and going probably won’t be an issue. In the evenings the house cooled down quickly when the sun went down and the tenants and dogs were all quiet. We had to be home midday for our baby’s naps so these issues were bothersome.

This is a beautiful home
This is a beautiful home. It was a tiny bit smaller than we expected but all the mirrors helped make it feel larger. We ended spending a lot of time in the yard however and that was for sure our favorite space. We did have a quick water heater issue but she came over quickly and fixed it within a few hours so we were happy about the response time. In all this was a great place and we would come back no questions.

Great Property
Big plus was the huge back yard, we had 4 Boston Terriers that just loved it. Very clean and tidy property, looks better in person. The owner and or housekeeper tried to ensure everything was supplied which was really nice. The only drawback is there is only one wall heater for the whole house, so bring warm clothes during the cold season. Another thing is only had TV channels. I would definitely stay again if available.
