Stäng i och lugnt - Uppdaterat Beach House i norra P B

Din bekväma hemmabas på en mycket lugn gata i norra Pacific Beach. Bara några kvarter från stranden - lätt promenad eller cykling avstånd till allt du behöver.

Nytt uppdaterade hem har två sovrum, alla med queen size-säng och nya sängkläder, kakelgolv, privata badrum, massor av ljus och fin separation av rymden.

I det främsta sovrummet öppnar franska dörrar till en privat inhägnad uteplats med frodig landskapsplanering och uteplats sittplatser. Den bakre sovrummet öppnar till en andra uteplats med en helt inhägnad gård med eldstaden och grill, och uteplats satt för fyra. Överdimensionerad en-bil garage, så parkering är aldrig ett problem, och utomhusdusch utanför garaget.

Förutom det fullt utrustade köket hittar du DIRECTV satellit-tv på platt-tv i varje rum med säker höghastighets trådlöst internet och VoIP-telefon service. Det finns en fullstor tvättmaskin / torktumlare i garaget.

Beach cruiser cyklar, boogie boards, surfbrädor, iskistor, solstolar / leksaker finns i garaget för din användning. Port-a-krubba och barnstol också tillgänglig för gästerna.

Mindre än 1/2 mil gångavstånd till den långa, vackra sträckningen av sandstränder, med turmalin och Law St surfpunkter precis norr om Crystal Pier vid foten av gatan. Det finns också en liten gräsbevuxen park (yogakurser hålls här!), rena badrum och livräddare. Fågel Rockområdet i La Jolla ligger bara norr, med fler stränder, Cove, tidepools, affärer, restauranger, Torrey Pines, Birch Aquarium och UCSD. Express buss till UCSD några kvarter bort på Mission Blvd.

Bara några minuter från Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park och Mission Bay. Enkel åtkomst till motorvägen gör sightseeing bortom stranden en bris.

Hoppa på en av strandcruisercyklarna (eller trehjuling för den minsta) för en tur genom stadsdelarna eller på 16-mils strandpromenaden längs stranden.

När solen går ner, njut av rostning marshmallows i eldstaden eller grillen på uteplatsen.

Observera att detta inte är ett festhus - perfekt för familjer och små grupper. Det ligger i ett säkert, lugnt område och vi skulle vilja behålla det på så sätt. Tyvärr, för att undvika potentiella allergiproblem är fyra-legged familjemedlemmar inte tillåtna.

Lovely beach house

Stayed here with our three kids 9 and under for a week. We walked to the beach several times, and the house was in close range to everything else during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet, and everyone we met on walks was friendly. House had everything we needed, and we made good use of the boogie boards. Would definitely return!

San Diego Oasis

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in the PB area with your family, this is it! It’s walking distance to the beach and a ton of coffee shops and restaurants. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and we were surprised how quiet it was at night. With a teen and a toddler it can be hard to accommodate both their needs but this house managed to do just that. Since we have a toddler we spent many evenings having dinner on the patio and spending quality time together in the cozy living room. We were able to walk down and see the sunset and even got a few evening bike rides in. Would also recommend checking out La Jolla and you’re only a few hours from LA. Rowena was THE nicest host and checked in during our stay to make sure check in went smoothly and if there was anything we needed. 10/10 recommend!

Would definitely stay again!

This cute two bedroom bungalow that was perfect for my family. Rowena was very responsive and immediately resolved a small issue we had when checking in. Definitely an enjoyable vacation.

Excellent

Rowena was one of the best hosts we have ever met. Her responsiveness was amazing. With a fully stacked place, there was very little left to purchase or obtain upon arrival. The location is fabulous and very close to food, restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this place.

Great place near beach

We had a great stay at this property. A slight hiccup checking in, but Rowena was quick to respond and always available during our stay whenever we had questions. The property was clean and well-appointed and near the northern end of Pacific Beach which was clean and relatively quiet during our stay. Though it was windy and the water too cold for us to take advantage, there were boogie boards and plenty of beach gear for use, as well as bikes for cruising. We highly recommend this place.

San Diego get away

My two teenagers were so surprised to walk into the rental and find a beautiful fruit basket waiting for us. After a long drive, it was very welcome. Rowena is a gracious host. We ha trouble getting the fire pit to work and she came over within minutes of us calling her. Everything was nice a clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was also great (Close to the beach) and other San Diego attractions. Also in very nice nieghborhood. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed the house, although it was more just a base…we had activities every day with our children and grandchildren but did manage to walk the neighborhood a bit and enjoy a couple of restaurants nearby!

Great place to stay in PB

Rowena's place was wonderful and I would stay there again. Rowena was very responsive to questions and small problems that came up. A microwave malfunctioned and she brought a replacement in almost immediately. She also made sure 4 bikes were in working order when I inquired. We really enjoyed being able to bike around the area. My son was also able to find a wetsuit and surfboard to fit him! We found everything we needed. We loved using the yard and especially the fire pit. The website does need to be updated with some new information, but that is not a big deal. There was no longer a usable outside shower and no jetpack deal any more (which my son had been excited about doing). The pandemic has changed some things. The pictures probably need to be updated as there are changes to furnishings, but that is a minor issue. The place was clean and lovely and we really had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect place to stay!

Our family stayed at Rowena’s property this past weekend, and all I can say is, wow! Perfect location close to the beach and everything you’d want to do in PB. The check-in process was easy, the house was sparkling clean and welcoming, the outdoor space was lovely, all in all we could not have asked for more. beautiful home, great neighborhood, used bikes, loved the house and yard.

Property was fabulous. One of the showers flooded the first night. The toilet bubbled and backed up into the shower. It smelled and we couldn't use that bathroom. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Highly recommended

The property was everything as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, on a quiet street and a great location easily accessible to all attractions. The house also was furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly want. We would stay here again if we come back to San Diego.

Perfect little home away from home!

It was super easy to ask questions of Rowena & she was super helpful about all the many items she has at the cottage for guests use as well as neighborhood tips & parking directions...and more! Couches comfy to rest after sightseeing & beds comfy with nice bedding for a good nights sleep. If you wanted to cook, the kitchen had everything you need. North Pacific Beach is centrally located and only 15 min away from the city, pier, La Jolla & our other destinations, plus the best place to watch surfers. The only problem was the lack of sunshine which was out of her control! Lol If we are back in San Diego again we’ll definitely try to book it again!

Cute and clean and perfect location!!!

We had an amazing stay on Pacific Beach in San Diego!!! The home we chose was truly close to all the activities we had on our itinerary and it was in a very quiet area where we could get good sleep at night!!! The home was clean and decorated so nicely!! All items needed were provided, and there was even a yummy coffee cake waiting for us upon our arrival!!

Awesome visit to San Diego

My husband and I traveled to San Diego for the first time with 2 of our adult children. The house was spacious enough for the four of us. Rowena was an awesome host. She responded to me in a timely manner and even allowed a late check out. The house was in a perfect location. It was close to major attractions and was exactly as the pictures portrayed. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The front courtyard was a great place to relax in the morning. The beds in both bedrooms were super comfortable and even the towels were fluffy, not your typical rental linens. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The garage had everything you needed for spending time at the beach which is within walking distance, but we decided to drive instead. There is also a fire pit in the backyard that was nice to use on some of the chilly nights. I would highly recommend staying at this gem of a property. Thank you Rowena for being such a great host and allowing us to share your home.
