You mentioned our elevators, the one that is out of service is in the process of being completely replaced. The one with the cracked floors and buttons will be next once the other elevator is replaced. We are doing this in an effort to continue to improve our guest experience. We will look into why it kept going out and address it right away. As for the elevator, we are in the process of replacing the entire unit to improve our guest experience. Thank you.
