Bara 6 kvarter till stranden! AC enheter i sovrum! Denna 1920-stugan ligger perfekt beläget gångavstånd till: Hundstrand, surfing och badstränder, lokala restauranger och bryggerier, lekplatser, mataffär och centrum. Privat uppfart, vackra trädgårdsängar och inhägnade front och bakgårdar. Njut av en vacker tyst bakgård med ett expansivt däck, stolar, paraply, grill och en gräsmatta för barn och hundar. En bra semester hem för familjer, par och affärsresenärer.
Ocean Beach är en mycket spännande strandstad, med strandmassor, trafik och flygplan. Denna semester hyra är bara tillräckligt långt nerför gatan från stranden för att undvika mayhem, men ändå nära nog att gå. Bakgården är en lugn flykt från gatan buller och perfekt för grillning och hängande på däck. AC i sovrummen garanterar en tyst, cool natt varje dag på året.

Great rental

The home is a great beach house with about everything you might need. The backyard is wonderful for your 4-legged family members and the home was clean and comfortable. Its a nice walk to the beach and back or a short drive to Balboa Park, the Zoo and other attractions. The noise from the planes can be heard but it's quiet for about 6 hours during the night and with the windows closed and the AC on, it's fine. We had a couple small issues during our stay but the host was quick to fix what they could. It was a nice retreat from the desert heat.

Great place!

I stayed here with my small dog and it was so great for him! Very safe fenced yard and close to everything. The host was great at communication and there were so many nice touches in the home. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The property was clean and stock well and thoughtfully. They even had napkins and a filter water pitcher for us! They had kids toys and a beautiful yard. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in OB

We loved this stay. The location is so great and parking was easy. The neighborhood is chill and quiet. The backyard is perfect for dogs and enjoying some sunshine. Internet was fast. The place had everything we needed to feel comfortable for a week.

Family vacation

Excellent location, less than a mile from ocean beach. Appreciated the fenced in yard both in the front and back. It was perfect for our dog. Owners were responsive and very helpful. Just a side note if you come with your pup, the only access to the backyard from the house is through the smaller bedroom. We didn’t find the planes flying overheard to be an issue. The windows are triple paned!

Comfy home, great backyard, off-street parking

This property is a modest, 2-BR house with two couches that collapse as beds. The kitchen is well-stocked. There is a washer and dryer and gas grill. The owner has installed double window panes that cut down the street noise. There is still some overhead flight noise but not during sleeping hours. A shout-out to the Reunion neighborhood bar within walking distance. It was a great place to watch the Niners game!

cute cottage but overhead commercial flights ruined our stay

I always go on Google Earth to see a location, but nothing prepared us for overhead flights going early morning (5 a.m.) and late night (10 p.m.). We managed two nights, then couldn't take it anymore and left without completing our 3-night stay. I called the owners to tell them that we were leaving. Going back over the advertisement I still do not see a notice for being in "a flight path of the airport". Very disappointing.

Amazing!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for as first timers in San Diego. Everything was well thought out and organized and there were even snacks, the boogie boards, a grill and all the essentials for us to live comfortably. The couple days we stayed. Great location close to the beach and easy to get to anywhere within San Diego. 100 percent recommend

Cute little 2-bedroom Pet-friendly beach bungalow

We enjoyed our stay at this well stocked little 2-bedroom beach house. We like the fact the backyard was gated so that our two pups could go out to go potty in safety. The only suggestions we would make is for the owner to install a 12 inch vertical handrail on the right wall in front of the toilet to assist guests with sit-to-stand who have bilateral lower extremity total knee replacements as we have. The Toto toilet in the bathroom is quite low which necessitates a guest pulling themselves up from the toilet using the back of the bathroom door, door knob, to safely rise up from the very low toilet. The ADA compliant safety grab bar only costs $ 20.99 on Amazon but would greatly enhance use of the low Toto toilet. If the grab bar isn't installed soon, we recommend the owner consider purchasing a Raised toilet seat that fits the Toto toilet in lieu of the safety grab bar. Either way, that is the biggest need for elderly couples staying at this VRBO. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Wonderful Ocean Beach House

This is a perfect place to enjoy a beach vacation. It is in a residential area within 1 mile of the beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is such a great location where you can to enjoy all OB has to offer and then return to the house to relax on the patio and enjoy the beautiful back yard. The property owners were helpful and quick to respond to questions. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We can't thank them enough for sharing this wonderful house with us!

Nice Getaway

The house is very cute, clean and the property managers are wonderful. They are kind and available as needed. The only reason i did not give 5 stars accross the board was proximity to airport. I didn't think to look at map but house is literally under takeoff so you hear loud plan noises throughout the day and night. If you are used to this and that doesn't bother you this house is perfect. Great location. 7 minute drive from everything. Beach is not walking distance.

Vacation

We had a great time on vacation and really enjoyed the house. We also loved the backyard. Great for the dogs! The beach is less than a mile away so we got a lot of walking in. Nice to get out of the Arizona heat!

Great Beach House

Overall this was a great stay at Dog Beach area, the house was well equipped with everything needed! The kitchen a little small but had everything needed to make dinner. The backyard is really nice and clean. We had dinner every night in the backyard.

Great location and house was well stocked with the essentials

I had a work trip bring me to San Diego. As my daughter lives here I thought it would be nice to rent a dog friendly house so she and her dog could stay with me instead of me staying in a hotel or sleeping on her couch. The house was very convenient, comfortable to hang out to watch tv and walking distance to restaurants and the dog beach. I loved that the owners stock the house with shampoo, laundry detergent and fridge/pantry basics. It was also super nice to have parking that is not shared! I will definately stay here next time in town!
