This was a very nice property with an excellently stocked kitchen. But...
All bedrooms are upstairs making it hard for disabled or mobility challenged guests.
Four bedrooms (8-10 guests) are expected to share one hall bathroom. (There is another one but it is downstairs.) We were shocked at the poor property management/cleaning policy. For the high price ($1,100/night) that we paid for this rental, and the cleaning fee charged, We felt too large of a cleaning burden was placed on us. Totally Unreasonable!
First, all three trash cans were completely full on the day of our arrival and pick up day was not until our departure day, which was 5 days later. Therefore we had to fight with and stress about what to do with our trash the entire stay. Then the night before our departure the property mgr called and wanted us to put out all of the the extra trash that didn't fit in the cans at the curb so she could come and get it. Then on departure day we were expected to strip all beds, put the sheets next to W&D down in the garage, empty all trash cans and take it out to cans, wash all towels (3 loads for our group), and load and run the dishwasher and wash all dishes remaining. We were also expected to place back any outdoor chairs, etc that we may have moved...
They need to understand that we paid a very high rental price to enjoy our few days away, NOT do all the chores we would have to be doing at home for free....
