Kan verkligen rekomendera.
Lugnt och harmoniskt hotell med en underbar trädgård. Mycket bar frukost. Vissa kvällar bjuder man på enklare mat med dryck.

We booked 6 months in advance and come to find out the hotel was under renovations. So we had no laundry service no gym and no pool. Were never notified of this until we got there. On top of that we got the surprise that they now charge for parking at $10 per day. This was also a surprise to us. Then we had ants in our room. They were supposed to spray but that never happened. The a/c did not work. Temp was never below 74. Need to improve their breakfast as it is more continental than anything, as well as extending the breakfast hours. If you want to sleep in no breakfast as it ends at 8:30.

Pros: The room had a security device on the door that seemed to be very efficient. My room had a kitchenette and living room, separate from the bedroom. Very spacious. And two large windows with nice blackout drapes. The rooms have been updated. The a/c was efficient. The sheets were fresh and clean. Super nice staff in the dining room. Front desk staff were helpful. There are some restaurants 2-5 minutes walk away (Meditterranean, Indian, Thai, KFC, etc). Cons: No shower liner, so water ended up on the floor. Light switch frames are old, which dates the place. Bathroom needed more towels. I didn't care for the bathroom artwork. They didn't have sufficient staff after 5pm. In my room, the bedroom double doors left a 1" gap, which could affect privacy. There's a 1" gap under the room door. The breakfast was more of a continental breakfast. There was insufficient signage, during their remodel. Got lost a few times. Suggestions for guests: Get familiar with the stairwells for quicker access to your room. Suggestions for Sonesta Hotels: Put guest security first by fixing the items above. Add one housekeeper and one facilities man thru each night. Just give them free lodging to be on call to lower costs. Maybe some weather stripping might improve bedroom door gaps. (Maybe the rooms are not yet complete?) Hire a bell hop or provide some smaller carts that are easier to navigate.

The place was undergoing massive construction, this should have been disclosed. Paint and ladders in the hall, elevators out of service, dust EVERYWHERE. On top of that, I had no idea this was an extended stay without room service! They should spell out the ES, seems obvious now, but I never would have booked…and the “weekly cleaning” was buried in the fine print… TOTALLY misleading. Plus, a parking fee (also not clearly listed) although they waived it after I complained. I’ve stayed at Sonesta’s before…. This was an abomination. The staff was friendly.

The place is undergoing some substantial remodeling, the smell is bad. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay. I may come back to check it out after the remodeling is done.

Skip at the front desk is phenomenal. A true people person who welcomed us each time we came through. The property is under construction, weird smells, definitely needs the upgrade. I didn’t know it was going to be under construction and we couldn’t even use the bathroom downstairs while waiting for our room. Skip did his best to help us out though.

Construction in progress but signage poor. Nothing mentioned on the website. Shower in the room was leaking/not diverting, showerhead clogged, bathroom fan was misaligned. Loved the kitchenette and appliances. TV was way too big for the room size. Nice space for king room.

Nice staff and took us in a bit earlier, which we were grateful being wet from rain. Rooms were not as clean as we hoped , toilet was peeling and old, microwave was dusty and burned marks. Layout was great and spacious. Perfect place if cleanliness was better, at least for our room.

Hotel is under construction... wish I would have known before I booked. My room was updated but the areas near my room and elevator are in construction mode and look bad. The breakfast buffet is very limited. They also charge $10 per day to park in their open lot which is unnecessary.

The property is going through major renovations which made for a less than clean environment. I rented a suite for me and my 4 kids and it was fine but not exceptional for the price charged. I asked the front desk for a vaccum every day because I have small children and every time the vaccum was poor shape had electrical tape and kept shorting out. I finally gave up and did my best then they tried to charge me $85 cleaning fee for not vacuuming even though we cleaned everything else. Luckily the manager knew I had requested the vaccum so he put it together and removed the charge. I would rent again but not for more than 2 nights. The entire stay felt very low budget and underwhelming.

Location of the property is excellent. The personnel is friendly and the level of service is good. The property is undergoing active construction and some parts are a mess. The other thing that is unclear is that they charge $10 a day for parking. I'd rather they advertise the higher room prices than present guests with an unpleasant extra charge. This caused me to knock off a star.

Booked a night for a concert at petco park. Drive was only 16 minutes prior to the concert and 22 minutes after. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which we did not mind at all. The room was updated, clean, spacious and just what we needed for a nights stay. If you are planning a longer stay this hotel would be perfect!

As I entered there was major renovation going on in the lobby/ dining area...I had no advance notice of this. I had hoped to do some work while I waited on check in but was told I could go to the starbucks nearby. The room itself was truly beautiful and clean. I needed help turning down the cool blowing ac/ thermostat but no one ever showed up...I did figure it out myself the next morning. It could have been a quick easy fix with a phone conversation. Complimentary breakfast is appreciated but held in the doorway right when guests enter - no tables to sit at so guests had to take trays to their room. A discount rate would have been appreciated.

When hotels are going through major renovations, and most of the amenities are not available it is way dishonest to market on their website all these amenities are here and show you pictures of things that don’t exist. Then a check in they ask for your forgiveness and offer literally nothing. Would never stay at this property or a property like this again

Non smoker smoking charge without notice
Double booked me twice and never called me back to correct action and instead charged me 450 with smoking fees even though i do not smoke and have stayed at sonnesta over 2 dozen times without incident . This seems to be the theme these days with underbooked hotels if its not smoking theyll hide the parking fees or tax, etc. And never have the courtesy to tell you what they took or why. As a business owner, i view this as bad business short and long term, especially for a business that would seem to covet repeat customers. It should be illegal for any hotel to charge more than original deposit, especially without evidence or proof of actual costs by a reputable company. I have been told that hotels scope out the smoking areas oitside to see who smokes so they can accuse said customer of damages allegedly. Doesnt seem too far fetched in my eyes. Would love to see the smoking charges of all hotels post covid, if indeed they spike then is it coincidence or robbery? Stay at own risk, and maybe smoke offsite if possible ,either way stay safe and happy travels !!

Overall I had a good stay but I wish I would know the property is under remodeling that made it a little bit uncomfortable but thank for the excellent & friendly staff they made it a bit easier. The front door of the lobby was closed and I could see the construction workers but nothing was there to tell me that the entrance to the building is temporarily on the other side so I had to load my car again and drive to where I guessed the entrance is. A small sign would be very helpful. The temporary reception relocated to the gym area where they also served the grab and go breakfast. So I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t work out. One elevator was out of order out of 2 orders and some time you had to wait for the elevator. Bottom line is that I'm sure it's a good place to stay with good dining and shopping area closed by just the construction in the property was a bit annoying.

They should have disclosed more on what does under construction mean. All they said was that it will be a bit noisy but nothing more. Well, there is much more. There is no room service, meaning when I tried to call no one would answer and I would have to go to the reception. As for the breakfast, well, in no where it says that it is a grab and go due to construction with no proper place to have breakfast. All that is not justified as it was not disclosed and the property is described different and the pictures don’t match the condition in anyway. I don’t feel like this was a good experience at all. I don’t like the fact that I feel like I was tricked into booking this deal. NOT AS DESCRIBED.

Not great
Hotel is under construction, besides that, we had ants in our room,v there's a 1 in. gap in-between the bedroom door, and last but not least we got a queen size bed instead of the king we ordered

Not very impressed
Reserved a Queen room but when got there they said they were out of queen and offered me a double. After insisting that I had a reservation and paid in advance, I was offered a king. I found out the hotel was under major renovation after I had already reserved and paid for the room. Door handle to the room was in poor condition and was difficult to open. Shower head had major leak. Stayed there for 3 days, room was never cleaned or bed turned. Room was clean but pillows were not comfortable. Hallways and elevators were not clean but that could be because of construction. My room was across from a car wash with loud vacuum cleaners running from early in the AM till late PM. Overall was disappointed with this facility.
