PRIVAT POOL! Alla med din hyra. Vi är specialiserade på en semester eller ett företag hemma på Kaliforniens kust. Poolen är privat. Gäster på kort eller lång sikt välkomna. 4 sovplatser. Vi är väl positionerade i San Diego, nära stranden och nära bukten. Vi har en lindning runt pooldäck som är perfekt för solbad. En takterrass erbjuder vacker utsikt över staden och bukten. Inuti kommer du att njuta av en ljus luftig miljö med fönster från golv till tak.
Vår hyra är utformad för budgetmedvetna resenärer. Vårt pensionat vid poolen erbjuder ett bra ställe att bo till ett bra pris. Gäster på kort eller lång sikt välkomnas. Det privata poolhuset har 1 sovrum med en dubbelsäng och 1 badrum. Det finns också en bekväm pull-up Murphy Bed i vardagsrummet för att rymma upp till fyra gäster.

Njut av din vistelse i detta klassiska Kalifornien hem med mer än 700 kvadratmeter utrymme. Det stora vardagsrummet / köket har ett effektivitetskök och matplats. Vi har också en stor uteplats vid poolen som är utrustad med grill. Njut av uteplatsen året runt med en måltid vid poolen. Kom ihåg att det inte finns någon A / C i enheten, behöver sällan den vid kusten. Vi levererar fans.

I år uppdaterade vi vårt vardagsrum genom att lägga till en platt-skärm 50 tums HDTV. PLUS, vi har precis avslutat konstruktionen av en ny sjal runt däck vid poolen! Du kan också lita på en tvättmaskin och torktumlare som medföljer hyran. Vårt nyrenoverade staket erbjuder stor integritet. Kom och bo hos oss i San Diego's beach community i Point Loma, Ocean Beach.

This property was perfect for our stay. We came to spend a long weekend with our son who is in the Marines. It was almost like being at home. We hung out at the pool during the day and went out to explore in the evenings. Pete was a great host. I forgot to bring water and he brought us some of his own and made sure we had anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time exploring San Diego. Pete and Solveig welcomed us upon arrival. Their home had everything you could possibly need to enjoy a comfortable stay. We are so glad we chose it; it is central to everything we wanted to do, the perfect location. We felt very safe and well cared for. The pool was immaculate and a welcome relief after spending hours exploring the sights. I highly recommend this property. You will have no regrets. Thanks for a terrific stay. If we ever get back to San Diego, we would 100 percent book this property again.

Great location, great host

We arrived with our family and check in was a breeze. Peter was very attentive, and even have us a bottle of wine. The place was had a warm home feel to it. It was central to everything we planned for the kids - zoo, beach, sea world. The extra bonus was the warm pool that my kids loved. We were there for Independence day and you can see all the different shows from the top floor. My kids loved it, and we had a great time.

Lack of privacy

While the property itself appeared as described, there were several serious concerns that made our stay uncomfortable. Most notably, the homeowner resides on-site, something that was not disclosed in the listing. Over the course of our stay, the homeowner entered the rental space on four separate occasions without prior notice, citing maintenance of the pool as the reason.There were security cameras positioned directly at the entrance of the rental, and the front room blinds did not fully close, significantly compromising our privacy. Additionally, the front door could not be locked from the inside, which raised safety concerns.Unfortunately, these issues made this the most uncomfortable rental experience I've had to date. Transparency and respect for guests' privacy are essential, and I hope the homeowner takes these concerns seriously moving forward.

Private paradise in San Diego

Our host Pete was amazing! Very friendly and helpful but gave us the peace and privacy we were looking for in a vacation. The property is beautiful and quiet, and only 20-25 minutes away from all of the big attractions (the Zoo, Downtown, Sea World, LaJolla, Coronado, etc). The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures, very clean and bright.

Great stay in a great location!

Met Pete on arrival at check in time. He gave us a run down of the home and the area. If you’re a walker like me and my girlfriend are, there are plenty of spots within a 20-40 minute walk. We went to a great Italian spot, a great sushi spot and the beach. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the zoo. We had zero issues with our stay and would love to book it again if we return to the area. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Diego.

Little place with big perks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Pete was the most wonderful host and i would recommend the stay just because of him. He went out of his way to make sure that the pool umbrellas were set out, extra kids pool toys were put out, recommended local spots, and even came down to help wash off the sand of my daughters feet after the beach! The place was perfect for us - not too big, not too small. The pool was a bit chilly when you first got in but after that it was perfect temperature. The location was ideal/central to all our must see's- the zoo, legoland, the beach, belmont and the airport. The only thing we had to get used to was the sound of planes coming in and taking off - not the fault of the owner, just something we werent used to but only took a day or 2 to not notice it anymore. Pete was also sweet enough to drop off a hat and a bracelet for each of my daughters before the end of our stay as something to remember San Diego by! All in all, we definitely would stay again, wonderful trip with a wonderful host.

Clean and charmingly decorated. Lovely garden-like and private walkway to the entrance. Because of the rain and cold the pool was not available but that’s the risk of staying in March. The Jensen grocery store nearby was amazing and we were able to utilize the well stocked kitchenette daily. Residential area that felt safe.

An Absolutely Perfect Getaway!

I can’t express enough how much we all needed this vacation, and this trip did not disappoint. This rental honestly was a big part of what made it totally amazing. The location is perfect. You’re close to so many fun things - beaches, the farmer’s market, yummy restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Everything you could need is basically right around the corner. Pete the owner is amazing. He greeted us and walked us around to show us everything even thought we got on late. The rental was clean and comfortable. We felt at home right away. He also has a binder with all the good spots to check out, and you can text him to ask about recommendations too. He doesn’t mind at all. He’s so sweet and friendly. There’s a hammock, lounge chairs, everything you could need to relax. You can’t even tell you’re in a city because it’s so secluded and private. We had some variable weather but had 3 pool days of the 5 so I’d say that’s not too bad. We even braved the beach in the crummy weather and had a blast. We cooked breakfast everyday and would’ve grilled one night too but just felt like being lazy honestly and checked out another recommended restaurant. This rental felt like home from the get go, and we really appreciate Pete sharing not just his home but all of his favorite spots with us in the binder. That was my favorite personal touch of all. You really can’t go wrong using that as a guide to local restaurants and activities. Thank you again for a wonderful time! We will be back!

Excellent location and communication

No huge complaints from our end.. this house has everything you needed. The Keurig wasn't functioning properly and Pete immediately brought down a backup so we didn't go without our morning joe! Unfortunately Pete had closed the pool due to cooler temperatures a couple weeks before we arrived..a bit of a bummer that we wish we would have known before we arrived as we were planning to use it.. Even if it was cold. But ultimately we understood the situation and it was a mild bummer. Also you are staying in a pool house/basement so there is a bit of a musty basement type smell but once you were there for a bit you got used to it and it wasn't a huge deal. Overall we were very happy with the location and the amenities and Pete was very nice and accommodating.. We would definitely hit up Pete again if we come back to visit San Diego. Very awesome vacation overall. Adam

Location, location, location!!!

This apartment was perfectly located for our trip. My son graduated from MCRD and I wanted to spend time in the area after his graduation for some sight seeing and zen time. The apartment is a 10–15-minute drive from the base and airport and 5 minutes to the ocean. It gives the quiet residential vibe and the neighborhood is safe. The apartment is very cute and clean, and the property is much prettier than pictures show. I only wish the weather was warmer, so we could've enjoyed the pool and rooftop. Our friendly and lovely hosts greeted us upon arrival and were very thorough going over everything in the apartment, so we were well informed and had no questions during our stay. I will definitely use them again if I return to the San Diego area.

A true gem

Pete was an excellent host while I stayed at this great spot. I wanted to spend my time in the gorgeous Point Loma / Sunset Cliffs area so the location was perfect. The unit itself has its own private oasis with patio, pool, gas grill and roof deck all secluded by tree cover and greenery. Extremely quiet and centrally located in a high end residential neighborhood. Items provided for guests reflected a keen sense for hospitality done right and attention to detail. The owners of the property live on the level above the unit and, as I was traveling alone, I found it comforting. I highly recommend this Vrbo and I'm very picky.

Best VRBO Ever

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Pete, the owner, is one of the kindest people we have ever met. He has thought of everything you can possibly need, and is readily available for any questions. Super clean and SO much better than any hotel. Private entrance with the cutest lights. The pool is AMAZING, they even had swim toys that my daughter loved. My husband ended up being unexpectedly hospitalized while on our vacation, Pete went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we were not stranded if we had to extend our stay. It is close to everything, just minutes to the Marine Depot (the reason for our trip). Cannot recommend enough. You will not regret booking here.
