Slitet men godkänt
Hotellet är slitet, rummet luktade rök. Området tråkigt, en stor bakgård, plusset blir för de diverse affärer som fanns inom gångavstånd i samma kvarter. Livlig trafik utanför. Frukosten är mer än muffins, finns tex gröt och frukt. En rejäl städning skulle inte skada, gnugga lister tex som är mer svarta än vita.

Lobby smelled like urine. Room was decent, but the TV and phone were broken, and the air conditioner kept cutting off. Thankfully, the gentleman at the front desk was polite and patient. He fixed the TV and showed me how to prevent the air conditioner from cutting off, but that wasn't anything intuitive. Phone never got fixed. Pretty grubby around the property in general, although it is conveniently located to a variety of shops and fairly close car ride to most of the places I wanted to get to. Would not recommend, however.

Thank you for the feedback, we greatly appreciate it, as far as the lobby we do have a restroom for the patrons like yourself that are waiting to check in, we keep it clean, but we always appreciate a reminder. As YOU mentioned our T.V. and Air both worked, after our front desk (who is there 24 hrs a day to help with such issues) showed you hot to use them. The Tv sometimes just needs the "Input" button changed and the air has a switch. The phones ALL WORK, they do NOT however work for LONG DISTANCE calls only local, so unless you are calling a uber or pizza, you cannot call out of the area code. We hope this helps to clear up any issues. We do understand that we might not be the hotel for you and we wish you best in your future travels.

We absolutely appreciate your comments, as we can learn from all of them, such as to be kind to one another, we are an all inclusive hotel, we accept everyone and although we really want to keep our guests happy and returning, it might be best if you find a hotel that better suits your needs. We appreciate ALL of our STAFF! It is also worth saying that we expect our staff to be friendly and kind to everyone, so we will choose to use this as a teaching moment. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback, we are disappointed to hear this as we really feel that we went above and beyond to ensure that you had a comfortable stay with us. Without divulging personal details, Upon check in you reserved a room with 2 beds, You mentioned it smelled, (we had several people check for the smell and it seemed fine.) However we want our guests to feel comfortable, so we upgraded your room, for FREE, to a SUITE of which everything WAS WORKING just fine, including the bathroom, Then after occupying the room for some time, there was an issue with the Clogged toilet, so we moved you to yet another room, again to ensure your comfort. At this time you thanked our front desk and said you were taken care of and satisfied. We are now left with this response, so with this response, we must say, we are saddened but understand that we are not the hotel for you and we wish you the best in finding a hotel more suitable to your needs.

Thank you for your business and your feedback, as it helps us to be better, to establish what needs to be done to ensure a quick and easy check in and check out as well as a good stay. We are also sorry that you did not have a better time. Our front desk staff, is well trained, and our hotel was fine, when you checked in, however we do have poilcies put in effect that protect the customer as well as the hotel, meaning, we have been in the industry for many. many years and we understand that sometimes following our rules or policies can be an inconvenience, but again they are for your protection and ours, like a deposit or having a ID that matches you identification and using the CC that was used to make the reservation, these are just a few examples, not that it pertained to what you are talking about, we again, are well trained, we literally never have complaints (you can read our past reviews) about noise or issues with walls being too thin. We do however have a 24 hour front desk and if there is ever a guest being noisy or direspectful, we are happy to ask them to be quiet to ensure that everyone is able to rest. We do not want to lose you as a future guest, but we do understand that everyone has a level of comfort and we undersand if we are not the hotel for you and we wish you the best on your future travels.

Horrible motel! Manager and housekeeper like to bully and yell at people and when I told the manager I was scared because I’m a single woman staying alone and he’s being very aggressive he said, “What? Do you think I will rape you or something? I don’t want you. I have my wife.” I was flabbergasted, to say the least. The rooms need a lot of maintenance. My sink was clogged, shower not working well, no hot water in kitchenette sink, badly patched holes, chipping paint, very dirty furniture, spiders, etc…Plus, the housekeepers PURPOSELY started making a lot of noise, banging their carts right outside of my door. I should’ve left days earlier, but I couldn’t, but I’m glad to be out of there.

Thank you for your feedback and response. Before, we answer anything, let me just say, on behalf of our hotel, I am very sorry if you ever felt usafe. Our hotel is safe, clean and comfortable and our rooms are maintained. You stayed many days, befire we heard anyting. You did not request to be moved or let us know there were any issues, until your interaction with our clerk. To be clear, at time of check in, when you enter a room, you check it out, to see if it is suitable to your needs and if there is something like as you mentioned the kitchenette sink that is not working, or something else you let us know and we will make sure that we move you to a room that is more suitable room or we fix the issue right away. Our hotel is maintained and clean and comfortable. As far as your interaction with our clerk, we cannot speculate on the interaction and words said, however, we can say that again our hotel is safe and we are very sorry if you felt otherwise, We apologize and wish you the best in your future travels. This will be sent to the owners and we will request a staff meeting to go over this subject. In the future, if anyone feels unsafe, we will do our best to make sure that you get into your room and are locked in. we have corporate as well as family and single travelers that stay with us all the time. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback, we are a little confused as you were not a guest at our hotel, your family was. In fact in regards to cleanliness, your family was very early when requesting check in, (they were wanting to "Check in" at the time of all of our guests "Checking out", from the previous night! Our check in is at 3:00 p.m.) when we mentioned this and explained that the room was not ready, and that it was being cleaned, your family was very happy to come back a little later for check in. They checked in and our front desk had a lovely conversation with them and the same person checked them out and there was nothing but kind conversation. We hope this clears things up

We weren't there long, it was mostly just a place to shower and sleep so it did the job. Im not sure if we were next to workers or something but there were people yelling and talking until about 1 in the morning and then up at 6 to start again.

Tactics to threaten and harass that have been used in hotel to instill fear and prevent from speaking the truth or being witness against their crimes, and to stop from moving forward: constant slamming doors; loud hammering banging stomping sounds from walls and ceilings; these criminal fake guests, hotel manager, housekeeping, & staff spy through hidden cameras in hotel rooms & smoke detectors, bathroom, and hack into computer/phone screen. Hotel room phone lines cut off, mold in bathroom, sink plumbing leakage, suffocating smoke through bathroom drain in non-smoking rooms, consistent threatening intimidating bomb blast & drilling noise from ceiling & hallway in noise-free rooms, hotel housekeeping break into rooms without notice. Hotel disconnected hotel wifi when I was filing a report, slowed down computer, & blocked bathroom sink drain.

While we understand that this might not be the perfect hotel, we have been in business for years and years, and we do our best to create a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, we sometimes can have a small amount of construction going on to help fix or upgrade a room, that might need something taken care of, such as change out an air conditioner or heater or fix a door lock, but this is never done at night, always during the day and to avoid any interruption to the guest. We are a non-smoking hotel and we do not accept pets. We never enter the room without authorization, unless we need to evict someone for non-payment and this rarely happnes. We hope that this is helpful. We also have a pretty quiet family owned hotel and although we rarely ever have any issues, we always welcome anyone calling the authorities if they should ever feel threatened, in addition, we are part of the Wyndham brand and welcome any comments to them as well. Thank you for your past business. We wish you peace moving forward.

I was pleasantly surprised. I needed a room close to the airport, and with a citywide convention in town, most hotels were outrageously expensive. Staff was great, my room was huge, and the beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. It was very basic as far as furniture and amenities, but priced as such as well. I would stay again.

Hi Jeniffer, Thanks for time to give us review, sorry to say but your Credit Card was invalid we saw in our system that your credit card declined and when our front desk try to call you for different credit card call got hangup and front desk try again no one pickup phone, you did not show up at property we do have all notes what was happened. It was okay. Our window was broken. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was kinda dirty. Room itself was overall just okay. BUT you get what you pay for and we needed a cheaper hotel so we settled on this one.

Don’t do it
The room was dirty. The bed was questionable if the sheets had been cleaned or not. The bathroom towels were definitely not clean or washed. The place made my skin crawl. Save yourself the headache and pay a bit more for peace of mind elsewhere

The location was convenient to get to from Ocean Beach. We liked the fact that the air conditioner was not located near our bed, like so many motel room layouts. We appreciated the operable, but lockable window, so that we could get a bit of fresh air in the room when we arrived. On the downside, the fan in the bathroom could use replacing. It created a bit of a roar.

Bath was full of ants bed was comfy though. The phone did not work to call the front desk. Doors could be updated to feel more secure when locking, felt like the lock didn’t lock properly but overall it was not in a bad area and well lit up at night.

The guy at the front was rude. The only hotel that didnt let us check in early. Sorry but you know this hotel wasnt sold out. The room was super dirty and nasty. The bed made so much noise. The walls were disgusting....they had blood and I swear they were boogers on the walls. Never again!!!
