Hmmm... we rarely get a 4 star review let alone a 3! I wonder why as there was zero communication about anything being off. Maybe Rod is an tough grader or there was a misclick!!

Joel, thanks for all of your comments. Feedback helps us improve! We are sad to say it's true, but we've had a few power strips vanish in the past few months. My cleaner doesn’t always inform us when they walk away. There is an available outlet on one side of the bed. The idea of a clock has never been brought up by our guests in our 12 years of renting but it's a good one. Perhaps they enjoy being on vacation and don't want to know! We’ve also asked our cleaner to check both the refrigerated items as well as the dry goods. Glad you enjoyed the deck as most everyone does.

Thanks for the great review, Kathy! Most people don’t take the time to give such a detailed description of their visit. I think it is helpful to others when you do that. Regarding the items that were less than perfect… first, thank you for bringing them to our attention. Some of those we were aware of, and were already addressing, like the towels and rugs. Toni is off to IKEA today to get new ones. This is the first time I’ve heard about the plugs so that will give me something to work on today! We had some power strips at both sides of the bed, but those seem to have disappeared so we will be replacing those as well. We look forward to your return visit soon!
