Lorenzo, the manager, was phenomenal. He was really kind and helpful with all our matters.

We had a small child in a stroller but it is no problems if youâre ok with carrying it up the stairs in the hotel and up the stairs to town. âPerfect location across the street from the beach. Clean rooms (pick one with balkong). Amazing staff, friendly and helpfull. You have to take the bus or taxi in to Taormina (7km). Breakfast was really good. A good mix of protein/carbs, bread, cheese, fresh fruit and so on. Would easily stay here again!! â

"Bra lÀge, nÀra till Corso Umberto. Fint och ordning och reda. Fantastisk utsikt över havet. Mycket trevlig personal. Tre mindre positiva saker; SÀngen knarrande, ljud frÄn frukostmatsalen och trots flera frÄgor om strykbrÀda och strykjÀrn krÀvdes det flera frÄgor och nÀstan 1,5 dygn innan det skakades fram. "

We arrived late and without our luggage, but when we finally got to the hotel we were met with wonderful service. Food was arranged even though the kitchen had already closed, and we were given extra kettles so we could prepare food for our baby.
After that, there were many phone calls to try and track down our luggage, and the staff helped us with all of it. Such dedicationâbeyond all expectations.
