Vi har gjort strandhyror i många år och har just lagt till detta hus. Det på samma strand som vår andra Baja Beach Front Villa hem bara 2 dörrar ner på stranden. Fastigheten är idealisk för 4 gäster och har helt uppdaterats för gäster. För större grupper kan du boka båda våra hus. Fastighets-id 4355273

Beach Front Getaway-huset ligger i San Felipe South Campos vid KM 31. 5 ungefär 20 mil söder om staden San Felipe i en gated enklave av anpassade hus vid stranden. Endast en 2-1 / 2 timmars bilfärd söderut från Kaliforniens gräns vid Calexico / Mexicali.

Huset har en fantastisk sandstrand precis framför. Perfekt för att umgås, simma och bara koppla av. Många av våra gäster älskar att paddla ombord, kajak och strandfisk. Fantastisk utsikt överallt där du tittar; från den fantastiska soluppgången över Cortezhavet till solnedgångarna över ökenbergen till stjärnan som tittar på natten.

Vi blev kär i denna strandplats för över 30 år sedan och har nu detta fantastiska hus att dela med gästerna .. Om du letar efter ett otroligt besök i Baja, är den verkliga Baja där Cortez havet möter öknen det här. Du kommer att känna att du är en miljon mil hemifrån och det är bara en 2-1 / 2 timmars bilresa från gränsen.

Det inre utrymmet:

Fastigheten har en Baja Beach House-atmosfär med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Den har ungefär 1200 kvadratmeter bekvämt bostadsyta med 2 sovrum 2 badrum med vardagsrum och ett garage för ditt fordon.

Det yttre utrymmet:

En täckt strandveranda omger huset. Detta är en perfekt plats att umgås och koppla av. Dessutom finns det cirka 1 000 kvadratmeter utomhus uteplats så att du enkelt kan sitta i solen eller i skuggan och äta en trevlig middag ute.

Vi är mycket lyckliga att ha underbara vårdare att ta hand om våra gäster. Huset öppnas, rengörs och inspekteras före ankomst för att säkerställa en fantastisk upplevelse. Vi har haft samma människor som har tagit hand om denna enklave av anpassade strandfronthem under de senaste tio åren.

Peaceful

Amazing views and quite almost empty beach. The water is warm and clean with very little to disturb you. The house is well equipped and had plenty of towels for sandy feet, very very comfortable mattresses. The area is secluded but just what we were after, close enough to San Felipe and yummy places to eat. Would definitely stay again!

The Peach King

Very nice, the beach has very nice fish,but didn’t catch any.Few days later my father caught a crab as the beach had became a low tide.Couch surfing as VERY comfy as my son slept in it for two nights, and said it was nice. The sand coming up to the houses was really hard, but going down was easy. It was also a little hot.In conclusion this stay was awesome :D.

Everything you need for a perfect Baja trip!

We loved this beautiful beach front home! This was the cleanest rental in Mexico we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was comfortable, easy, and good living. Quality furniture, dishes, beds, air conditioning, etc. The hosts and neighbors were all so friendly; we will definitely be back!!!

Exceeded expectations!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts and caretakers take great pride in maintaining an immaculate, welcoming space for guests. Every room was spotless, and all the amenities were considered - from cooking utensils, to clean towels, to a paddle board. The attention to detail was evident in every corner. Our stay was short, but thanks to the thoughtful hospitality we (kids + parents) were able to truly relax!

What a great spot!

Awesome beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house on the beach. Stunning sunrises to wake up to. Miles of pristine beach to walk. Going to sleep listening to surf. It does not get much better! I have been going to Mexico for over 50 years and rank this stay in being in my "Best Of List".

Love this house!

Had such a great time at this house we reached out to the hosts to find out if it was for sale. Great location with the volleyball court right next door. If you do not bring a Volleyball you can get one for $10 on the Malecon. Great time, great views. Well kept home with everything we need. Will be visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. Sunny days, sunrise over the Gulf of CA, stars at night!, quiet, friendly, and very few people. Could not have asked for a more peaceful location to spent Christmas/birthday week. We may need to make this a tradition.

Awesome location!

The property was awesome! It was clean and had all the basic essentials. Renters should realize where they are at and that it’s off grid. In August it is hot and humid. No one’s fault! We had an amazing time and the bonus was having miles of beach in each direction, all to ourselves! Our dogs especially had a blast roaming the beach and swimming! We will be back!

Off THE GRID

My husband and I spent seven days in this beautiful desert oasis. The property caretaker and his wife stopped by mid week to make sure the AC was working properly. The weather was hot and humid both in the day and at night so we practically had on swim suites and shorts throughout the week. We stopped by Calimax in San Felipe to buy fresh shrimp and a few steaks. This store has clean restrooms and AC. Most of the week was very windy. One night we even had a sand storm that blew in piles of sand in the veranda and the front of the house. Nevertheless, every day was a new adventure swimming in the aquamarine ocean and star gazing at the gazillion stars at night. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back.

I totally recommend this wonderful beautiful peace of heaven on earth!!!

I love this quiet beautiful place the ocean view is magical!!!! If you are looking for a place to relax this is the place to relax!!! Everything is really great !!! The only down side is if we are 2 adults on the heavy side it is very uncomfortable to sleep on these beds; everything else is great!!!!

Perfect beach house

We had an amazing time at this house! The house is a perfect beach house with terra cotta tile through out (we swept each day to keep the sand at bay) and big windows to enjoy the sea of Cortez from every angle in the home. We loved the open kitchen for cooking, the bbq grill on the big back patio to enjoy the mountain sunset views, the beachfront patio to relax day or night and watch the moonrise over the sea! The bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms were beautiful. We really enjoyed every minute. We only went to town one day out of our 6 day stay to grab a few items to keep us going, there is no reason to leave here if you cook your own meals and make your own drinks, the view and beach can’t be beat! Friendly neighbors strolling the beach daily and everyone waves as they ride by on their atvs! We will certainly be back! We brought some things once I asked Joe what was provided but basically the house has everything you need. The kitchen has pretty limited pantry other than the very basic so bring basically everything - even sugar. There were cooking utensils and sufficient plastic ware glasses and bowls and dishes. We brought our insulted wine cups and glasses for special cocktails in the evening. But we do love our drinks ha! There was enough pots and pans to cook every meal but some do need to be replaced (nonstick pans had serious wear and coating was scratched and peeling off) unless these are replaced I would bring a quality saute pan next time we come. Water pressure was sub par in ocean view bedroom but that may have been because the shower hand held sprayer had a bit of a leak. Honestly just a few minor things that can easily be fixed! We had an incredible time and will absolutely be back!!

Amazing property

We had such a relaxing time. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities listed. It was quiet and peaceful.. sunrise was gorgeous. We fished and caught over 40 fish..fished off the shore as well. The paddle boards were great. We are booking this property again.
