Our location:
We are located in a local neighborhood and there are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is not much action in our area nor tourist spots so if you are looking for a place that is quiet with a more local feel, this is the place for you. We are an 8 minute drive to Urbiztondo/Surftown.

The nearby beach is a 2 minute walk. The beach is just a regular beach with light grey sand. There are some rocks but mostly sandy and swimmable. Children swim in this beach so we know it is safe but always be alert with waves and currents.

J Break surf spot is a 2 minute walk, while Carille surf spot is a 5 minute walk. Surf season is from October - March.
