Huge Penthouse with so much space for all!
As a family of four, we had so much space! When I read that this penthouse had four bedrooms, i knew we would all love having our own room and I was not wrong. It was heaven. What I didnt expect was that we would all have our own bathroom! What a surprise. The bathrooms were huge with many having two sinks. So much room!!! The bathrooms were well stocked, the only thing was the water pressure was weak in two of the three showers, but this was minor. We loved the full laundry room and the fully stocked kitchen. So much space!!! We had TVs in three of the four bedrooms, but be advised there is no TV in the main living room area. Minor detail. Parking was easy as there was a lot on the ground floor. All check in details were easy to follow and worked great. Location was just OK... within walking distance we found a few restaurants on Grand Ave, but many local shops were salons, florists, and small Latina grocery stores. We were close to SFO which helped when we had to fly home, but were a bit farther away from SF tourist destinations, but that is a price we woudl gladly pay for all the space we had. Great property... lots of space... clean and easy to check in... fully stocked kitchen.... four bedrooms, four bathrooms... great for a big group.

Thanks for the great review, I purposely did not install a TV in the living room, because with large family or group gatherings I wanted a quiet area for people to talk with each other!. Looking forward to you coming again. Lonnie Patterson owner

Privacy for every guest
We had 4 adults and 1 child. Everyone had their own bedroom, own bathroom, which was a big plus, and own TV. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were full stocked with all the amenities. The other big plus was the gated garage. The location was ideal for our weekend stay. We all had our own privacy and enjoyed family time. The furniture and decor are exactly like the pictures. My only suggestion is if you are not use to sorting garbage the California way, paper, cardboard, compost, containers, and waste, do it ahead of time, before you go to the trash room. I would stay here again.

Good location. Having garage parking was a huge plus. Apartment could use some extra details in cleaning. Lots of space to accommodate a large family. Overall not a bad place.

Very spacious
This is a very spacious unit with plenty of space for our family of 12. The enclosed garage was a bonus. Cute neighborhood with an amazing bakery right down the road and convenient to shopping and airport. You may need to check what’s available in the kitchen in terms of pots and pans before cooking but most of the basics are there. Careful when showering as the water tends to go warm, hot, warm, hot. Overall a great deal and we would stay here again.

Visit to SF with family
This place was definitely large enough for everyone to have their own space to sleep and plenty of bathroom space as well. It was in a convenient location to access the freeway to get anywhere you'd like to be. I felt that I had to be a bit cautious walking in the neighborhood in the evening. Overall it was very clean and well stocked for my family; we had a great time in the city.

Perfect option for my family
I reserved this property for my family to stay together while we were in town for a wedding. It was the perfect option for us. The apartment is spacious and was very clean. There are plenty of linens and sundries like shampoo and soap, cooking oil, etc. to make the stay feel like home. My family cooked one of the nights and were pleased with the appliances and size of the work area. There also is a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. The garage is secure and was so helpful as street parking looked like it would be tough in the neighborhood. I love South City and the apartment is close to the SSF downtown strip as well as the freeway entrance for easy access to SF or the East Bay. Check-in was seamless and the property manager/host was responsive and helpful from pre-booking to check-out. I would stay here again and recommend this to others for sure.

Great weekend get away
A group of 8 girls leave no Iowa to enjoy San Francisco for a long weekend- the place was clean and nice n a great area. It is about 30-45 minutes to drive to fisherman’s wharf or Muir Woods but the accommodations were great!

Excellent property with good maintenence
Very satisfying large property having 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. I will highly recommend this property/ unit who are coming with a big family having kids and who wants to visit SFO. Commute to SFO takes about 20 min. Cleanliness was upto the mark.

Great for a large group
An excellent property for our large group of 8 adults, easy Uber ride to SF city, and some excellent quirky eateries nearby. A quiet neighbourhood. The large kitchen looks great, and the bedrooms are a good size. Some updates to inclusions required, such as new matching cookware, crockery and coffee cups, sheets and towels, but everything was clean and usable. Certainly worth considering staying again.

Well-appointed place for our SF family visit :)
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in unit 5 on the 4th (top floor). The location is very convenient for airport travel (5-10 min drive) and easy access to the freeway. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the property was inside with spacious bedrooms and private bathrooms in most bedrooms with a large kitchen area with dining table. There are great views from the balcony and we really appreciated the gated underground parking and elevator. The hosts were extremely accommodating and have done a very nice job with this property and is a place that I would definitely stay again when returning to area.

Absolute must stay at
This property did not disappoint, the pictures do not do it justice, quiet and safe neighborhood. We spent New Year’s Eve here and the noise from the neighborhood was not disturbing at all. Property was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of wine glasses and everything you need to cook for a big family. Host was also very accommodating and welcoming. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Large Condo in Friendly Community
Stayed in this property with my family (5 adults and 2 toddlers) for a few days to celebrate the holidays. Had plenty of space to receive other family who lived in the area as well. Condo was furnished with all of the necessities. Parking was in a covered garage and plentiful.

Great spacious place in quiet neighborhood
We rented this place with another couple for the first half of our California trip. We were shocked at how large the unit was, truly penthouse size. We loved the security of a gated parking garage, top floor location and only sharing the floor with one other unit. I was skeptical about staying so "far" from the city but it was a great move. We spent our days in the city then came back in the evening or nights to a nice quiet neighborhood. Another plus is its really close to the airport. The only unusual thing was there is no tv in the common living room area but every room does have one. It didn't matter for us so much as we mostly sleep there. The host were very quick to respond and resolve any questions or problems. I would sty here again for sure.
