Bug in our bed
Our visit in San Francisco was bad because of Adante hotel. When we first came, we had a big bug in our bed under our blanket. The lamp in the bathroom didn’t work and the rooms were old and discussing. The hotel are located with a walking distance from Union Square and the shoppingstreet which was the only good thing about the hotel. When we were about to leave we booked a airport-shuttle by the hotel and we got wrong information because of the man who worked there didn’t know what time the shuttle would be scheduled from the hotel. We almost missed our flight because of this.

Det var inte en fantastisk vistelse. Överraskad av hotellets skick utifrån bilderna. Frukosten som ingick var något man överlever på men inte mer. Sängen var bra. Men hotellet var rätt dyrt sett till vad man fick.

Läget är väldigt centralt. Frukosten usel och rummen var slitna och, med amerikanska mått, små. Full beboeligt om man inte avser hänga en massa på rummet. Nära till det mesta.

Adante är ett prisvärt och centralt beläget hotell i San Francisco. Dock lite lyhört och små rum på hotellet.

Valde hotellet då det skulle finnas wi-fi men det fanns endast att tillgå väldigt sällan.

Åk aldrig hit. Byt hotell.
Vet knappt var vi ska börja. Vi kommer till hotellet rätt sent och frågar om parkering och mannen i receptionen svarar att det finns en parkering runt hörnet men den är stängd så vi får köra deras egna valet för 45$ plus tax. Dagen efter visar det sig att det ligger en 24/7 parkering för 30$ tre hus bort (vilket mannen i receptionen påstod var stängt). När vi ska checka in säger han även att vi har en tv i rummet, men det finns ingen tvkontroll.. vi kommer upp på rummet och ska försöka få igång wifi, utan någon succé. Jag ringer ner till receptionen och han svarar att ”it might work, it might not”. Jag ber han att starta om det och efter det funkade det ok. Frukosten är absolut ingen höjdare från början, men andra morgonen så var yoghurt slut och jag frågade om dom skulle fylla på - mannen i receptionen svarar ”ja” och står kvar. Ingenting händer förrän ca 15min senare då de börjar ta undan frukosten. Jag frågar igen och han säger ”då var den väl slut, det är inte mitt ansvar”. Tilläggas att frukosten bestod av yoghurt, flingor, banan, någon sorts mjuk kaka med glasyr, kaffe och mjölk. Utöver detta är standarden väldigt låg på rummet. Jag skulle aldrig välja att ”spara” pengar för att bo på detta hotell och bli bemött så igen. Kan inte rekommendera detta hotellet!

Inklämt läge med dålig utsikt.
Rummet hade ett fönster ut mot en mörk och trång innergård. Fönstret gick knappt att öppna. Frukosten var begränsad och serverades i den stökiga lobbyn.

Hotel Adante San Fransisco
Hotellet är slitet och rummet så trångt att man inte kunde röra sig eller ha en väska frame, sängarna sköna! Ligger vid en livligt trafikerad gata och eftersom hotellet var VARMT och den takfläkt som fanns bara fungerade 1 timme åt gången p g a besparingar av el - enligt den "charmige" anställde I receptionen så var det olidligt I rummet. Gick inte att ha fönstret öppet p g a allt oväsen. Den store killen I receptionen borde gått en charmkurs - han satt hellre och tittade på baseboll än tog fram frukost, för enligt honom skulle housekeeping göra det, och det innebar att vissa fick vänta 30 minuter på att få bröd, mjölk o d. Han var arrogant och otrevlig hela tiden och gav inte hotellet något bra rykte! Han var där både den 6 & 7 oktober, på morgonen. Frukosten var typiskt amerikansk med bröd/våfflor och flingor men helt ok för vistelsen. Är inget hotell som jag kommer tillbaka till - priset var alldeles för högt för den låga standarden.

Obefintlig service
Det enda bra med detta hotell är läget, några kvarter från union square. Otroligt otrevligt folk i receptionen som knappt hälsade. Än mindre kostade på ett leende. Vägrade ge tips om parkering när vi inte valde deras. Personen som jobbade när vi skulle checka ut satt och sov så vi fick väcka honom. Rummen är otroligt små och ingen AC. Dålig lukt som döljs med doft spray. Ingen vidare städning heller. Frukosten som ingick var ett skämt, bröd med marmelad och flingor med mjölk var det som fanns. Inget protein eller pålägg alls. Kaffet odrickbart. Kommer inte bo här igen.

honestly, the service was not good at all. the room is extremely small. the wifi sucks. in summary not worth the money. you would do better booking something two times expensive than staying here.

Perfekt läge för seightseeing. Kunde varit lite fräschare på rummen. Hotellservice var heller inte så behjälplig när vi checkade ut och var i behov av en taxi.

Our guests usually find our pricing competitive as we do monitor prices in the area to try and keep our room rates reasonable for our guests. However, during certain times of the year, due to higher demand, prices do tend to increase in the area. We also want you to know that although we are located in a highly desirable area, we offer convenient parking to our guests for a small fee. It is our conscious effort to keep our rates highly competitive as compared to other hotels nearby, and, in many cases, our parking rates are 30% lower than the hotels a block away. We are sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your deposit to be refunded to you. Please note that it can take some banks a few days to release the money into the client's account. Unfortunately, we, the hotel, do not have the means to speed this process up. Room was clean, but "desk" was 2-feet from the edge of the bed, not enough room for a chair. Breakfast was plastic wrapped danishes, coffee, cereal, yogurt, apples/bananas. Close to shopping/restaurants of Union Square. Area is loud in the morning due to construction (not the hotel's fault). Homeless are right outside the front door.

The hotel was a bit small. The front desk staff was convival and informative. I suggest you park your car yourself rather than use the valet service. It's cheaper and convenient.

部屋にもよると思いますが、泊まった部屋では火災報知器が天井から垂れ下がっていて、水道が詰まって洗面台に水が溜まり、シャワーがほとんど出ないと言った部屋でした。 掃除についてはほとんど問題なかったものの、7日間泊まって1日だけ鉄サビがバスタブに溜まっていました。 海外での宿泊経験は多くないですが、正直あまりお勧めできないです。

Downtown Location
There is no parking on site, there is a spot next door that does $30 overnight parking but you cannot move your car in and out; bring some Uber money. The elevator is kind of sketch too, super creaky and wobbly. The room was really nice and we spent most of the time there, nice large bed, decent size TV, and we got a room with a two person jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Overall 3/5, would stay again.

Please know that we are located in a highly desirable area with limited parking availability, so for the convenience of our guests, we facilitate a valet parking service at this parking garage, which our guests may use if they wish.
