En märklig upplevelse

Hotellet är i ett tveksamt område, även om det är betydligt finare på andra sidan El Camino Real. Första negativa upplevelsen var parkeringen som var extremt svår att parkera på, precis på andra sidan trottoaren. Den lilla receptionen har ytterdörren låst, och släpper in efter ringklocka. Inne i receptionen, som är som en kur, är det ett glas mellan personal och gäst. Personalen var trevlig. Jag fick rummet längst ner i gränden, och gränden fortsatte sedan till nästa gata, som är ett bostadsområde med tveksam kvalitet. Kändes inte helt ok att man kunde komma till rummen utan att passera receptionsområdet. Rummet var inte likt något annat rum. Det var stort, och högt till tak, men taket var bara isolerat yttertak, mer som ett garage. Väggarna var cementblock. Såg hyfsat rent ut, men inte tillräckligt. Dess storlek och hyfsat renliga utseende ger detta hotell en 2:a, men det är en svag 2:a.

Första natten nära flygplatsen

Vi ville bara ha en första natt nära flygplatsen för att sova av jetlaggen. Nära flygplatsen. Väldigt nergånget och slitet. Var lite rädd att sova i sängen med tanke på vad som skulle krypa på ens kropp och i rummet på natten, men sova gjorde vi ändå :) den billigaste hotels.com hade i SF.

Långt ifrån staden och ca 20 minuters gång tillnärmaste tunnelbane/tågstation. Ganska öde område men prisvärt och helt okej rum. Bredvid stationen finns ett shoppingcenter som absolut var värt ett besök. Resan tog ca 30 minuter med tunnelbanan till innerstaden. Personalen hade ingen aning om hur man färdades med tåg/buss utan vi fick fråga på en mack.

You get what you pay for

Hotel staff transact through a small Opening through window won't even ripen door for registration Or check out which gives Me the impression that the place is not a safe place to stay. I pushed a table and couch against the door to block it because that is how the staff behaved when I interact with them. It's not safe here is the message I got from their demeanor. The room appears to be tidy but the carpet needs to be cleaned and the walls need some work I not going back there appliances are antique . The note rate is o think high. Compared to other hotels in the area much better than them.

Budget price for a great hotel.

There are not enough stars to give this place. You can literally walk to the airport, and there is a cute little neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Have been coming here for years, and as good as ever.

Funky but functional

This place is funky. The room was huge and had 12 foot ceilings. It was clean and the bed was good. Getting to the room was not so great- a narrow concrete passage that a woman alone might hesitate to enter (a perception issue- there were no actual problems). The neighborhood is full of motels and I think you could find a room at one of them without a reservation. They're there for people like me who have to catch an early flight out of SFO. If you don't need that proximity to the airport, find a better area.

Zwar in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel aber es war alles sauber, das Zimmer war riesig. Bad war sauber. Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten, aber für das Geld und die Lage ok.

Cheap hotel, but well done.

First of all: I took this hotel not even because it was cheap, but because I was a late booker and wanted something in walking distance to my workplace. After reading the other reviews, I went there expecting nothing. And I wasn't disappointed. No breakfast... meh, but doesn't matter much, as my workplace has breakfast. The only real things that were wrong are: - Alarm clock had wrong time (half an hour off). Well, I use my phone anyway... - Shower head was not detachable and way too low (I estimate it a bit higher than 5 feet). - As every other hotel, useless pillows that become virtually flat when you put your head on them - I stacked 3 of them for a good sleep. At least there were about five of them, so it's okay. What was good: - Coffee machine could make hot enough water for tea (I don't drink coffee). - No noise - soundproofing was well done. - Relatively large room. Didn't expect that size for the money. - What was there, worked.

Worst possible hotel in the bay area

The fact that Expedia had the nerve to offer this rat hole for 500 a night offends me and I choose not to use your service again

The room was a very nice size room. Really only 3 complaints : the shower head was broken. There was something gross on the wall in the room and the room door was very dirty.

Close to SFO airport and cheaper than other hotels

Cleanliness was excellent, staff very helpful and informative. This is an ideal budget motel for SFO airport, closer to the local train station, shops. The decor was faded but as a budget motel I was impressed with facilities such as coffee machine and microwave. The room and ensuite had much more space than other chain hotels I've stayed in. I would go back there. Even with paying for a taxi fare to the airport I saved $100-$200 by staying here. It's only 7 minutes drive to the airport.

this place is a prison cell

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! (please read the entire review) The room was soo bad, they had stored an old tv and some old chairs and boxes in the kitchen that we were supposed to have had, the bathroom was sooo old and dirty looking, the shower was missing the shower head and there was a big stain on the bath that looked really gross. the bedroom/living room had a rear entrance that had 4 locks on it and was also blocked by the couch in the room. the ceiling looked like it was made of hay and then badly painted over. the entrance to the room looked like a prison cell. we were paying about $135 for the night and it was about $120 too much. if i was only paying $10 for the room i would have stayed there for the whole booking. as soon as i got there i tried to cancel the booking and get a full refund only to be told that the manager of the hotel would only refund the last 2 nights of 3 if i stayed for the first night, if i chose not to they would charge for the full 3 nights.... what the kind of policy is that. i cancelled 2 nights through hotels.com and got the refund for those nights, slept on top of the bed( not in the covers, just in case) and left first thing in the morning, without a shower, this place is disgusting.

Close to the airport.

The hotel conditions didn't look so good, but the room was comfy enough to stay comfortable overnight. The location was good, it was just a short ride to the airport.

The place is nothing special, but not as bad as numerous other people rate it. If you need to pinch pennies and don't need a fancy place to get a nights sleep, stay here. If you're making too much money and need fancy, don't stay here.
