El lugar es muy bonito, la propiedad ya tiene muchos años e indudablemente requiere de algunos mantenimientos menores pero visibles como la madera. EL servicio de Tito fue muy amable y servicial sin embargo mande un correo donde solicitó me sean enviados unos artículos olvidados en la habitación y NADIE respondió, pero para el cobro del traslado para eso si dieron un gran seguimiento. Es una pena que por algo así la marca del hotel se queme por quedarse con artículos personales o no te den respuesta, cuando para cobrar son muy buenos en el seguimiento. La verdad que estos grandes detalles en el servicio hacen la diferencia en una marca que debería de ser sería y profesional y no ventajosa con el cliente.

The Fairmount was the best hotel we have ever stayed. The staff were beyond attentive. The place is beautiful and extremely clean. The area is perfect for walking and exploring. We loved every second of this trip!

Excellent!! But it was very hard to find the lobby for the valet. There was any guys to recognize it. We have to park in the garage and paid 18 dollars for 7 minutes.

Friendly staff valet guys were awesome really enjoyed our stay wonderful location. It was my second time renting the 2 bedroom suites and it's worth ever penny.

We booked a two bedroom suite for a memorial celebration. The room had the most wonderful view,. I loved the fact that they asked if I wanted groceries for the room to be ordered. The staff really made us feel at home.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4 and this was a great stay. The apartment was huge and in a great part of town (far west end of fisherman's wharf, near russian hill and the marina) and we could walk to many fun places to shop and eat. Valet parking was free and super convenient. The staff was consistent with a 5 star hotel. I'd love to come back and stay again.

Wonderful hotel
I stayed 3 nights at the Fairmont Heritage Place. My family and I loved it. The location is amazing. Ghirardelli Square has a lot to offer on its own, but it's also just down the street from Fisherman's Wharf, which has a lot of neat restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Great location and room, disappointing service.
There was no room service available so we had to get door dash deliveries (which sometimes just sat at the front desk), and staff were very inattentive at times—failing to be at the door or even get the door for us when they were present and otherwise unoccupied. Had one staff member literally running up and down the halls repeatedly, and at one point could have injured us as we left the room. The managers apologized repeatedly, and stopped the runner that had been disturbing us for 2 out of 3 days there, but did little else to compensate. For $600/night, before tax, that was unacceptable.

Over all the hotel is ok. good location. There are 2 issues during our 3 night stay. It started rain on the 2nd day. For security the lobby entrance door is locked. When you return from shopping you really need staff to open for you. there is only one person in the front door most of the time. he is very busy to help luggage and valet parking. No one can help you to open the door when you carry shopping in the rainy day. 2nd issue: I book 2 night first and add 1 more night 2 day before arriving, So I made 2 calls to Fairmont ask them to prepare 3 nights room when we check in, we do not want switch room for the 3rd night or get lock out because the key is not open on the 3rd day. they said they will one the phone. I also repeat this request. when we check in.They said it will not happen. But the keys were nit work all our 3 rooms when we came back from lunch on 3rd day. For the hotel room over one thousand per night should never happen,especially when we inform them 2 days before and remind them on checking in.
