Mycket bra!
Härliga rum och ett mycket bra läge i San Francisco med många butiker och restaurang och en kort promenad ner till vattnet och Golden Bridge.

Jättebra hotell/motell som ligger lite utanför centrum. Nära till många restauranger och små snabbköp. Betydligt billigare än inne i centrala delarna. Ca 20 minuters promenad in till Fishermans Warf. 5 minuters promenad till en park med fantastisk utsikt över Golden Gate bron. Vänlig personal. Enklare frukost. Bekväma sängar. Lugnt och barnvänligt. Liten bra pool. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Fräscht bra hotell med promenad avstånd till både lombard och fisherman warf. Väldigt liten frukost dock. Men helt okej standard för övrigt.

Ett väldigt trevligt hotell med bra service i ett lugnt och trevligt område. Har varit flera gånger i San Fransisco och föredrar att bo lite utanför själva centrum som kan vara ganska stökigt om man har otur. Som en bonus fanns det parkering för 20 dollar och man tar enkelt en taxi in till downtown på 10 minuter (man kan gå, det tar 45 minuter men är ganska krävande pga alla backar). Så även om det inte är toppstandard, så är det väldigt prisvärt och ligger bra med många trevliga restauranger i närheten. Om man är en familj med barn funkar det bra att dela ett rum på fyra, det är stora rum med dubbelsängar.

Fräscht i tryggt område
Prisvärt hotell med närhet till buss som tar dig enkelt till pierområdet. Rummen var fräscha och rena och vi hade klädkammare vilket var bra för att få undan lite väskor. Det var gott om plats för oss fyra, två vuxna och två tonåringar, att dela på ett rum. På gångavstånd från hotellet finns flera restauranger, snabbmat och butiker i ett mysigt område. Området kändes tryggt. Frukosten lämnade lite att önska; bagels, jordnötssmör, sylt, pulvergröt och ägg. Dessutom tog brödet slut innan frukosttiden var slut så det gällde att komma ner i tid. Några få bord i hotellets trädgård så ville man sitta fick man vakta på få ett bord.

Klassiskt motell i annan skrud..
Detta är ett motell där bottenvåningen består av P-platser för bilarna a' 20 dollar/dygn. Det är ett bra pris i denna stan. Det fanns varken Micro eller kylskåp på rummen, vilket varit standard på våra övriga boenden på vår roadtrip. Ha inte några större förväntningar på frukosten, som dukas upp i hörnet på den 10 kvm stora receptionen. Läget med sin hyfsade närhet till attraktionerna i SF var den största behållningen. Vi lät bilarna stå och använde buss/spårvagn/fötter.

Hotellet ligger en bit från downtown och Fishermans Warf men det är, i vårt tycke, gångavstånd. Ett tips är att hyra cyklar och den möjligheten finns runt hörnet, nära och billigt! Frukosten var väl inte den bästa, men man blev mätt. Kaffet däremot var det bästa kaffet på hela vår resa!

Overall good stay! Very good location - close to nice restaurants and shops. Good standard and the children liked the heated pool. Breakfast included but not that good - so much sugar could add some healthy stuff to the menu.

Hyfsat hotell med hyfsat läge. Trevlig personal, frukost var sådär, trångt att plocka maten en rost till bagels och lång kö.. Köp brödrostar. Poolen smutsig men med 15 grader i luften är den inte prioriterad precis. Rummen bra, men heltäckningsmatta som alltid känns smutsig.

Trevlig hotell i bra område
Trevligt hotell som tidigare har varit motell. Trevlig personal som var hjälpsamma. Bor man på andra våningen så hör man när andra gäster går på tredje. Vi flyttade upp på tredje och där var det lugnt och skönt. Bra läge i område där det finns mer lokal shopping. Hyfsat lätt att åka kollektivt. Vi hade bil och det fanns bra perkering, men trots det så tänker vi vara utan bil nästa gång i San Francisco. Det enda som jag tycker sakas är ett frukostrum där man kan äta frukost. Vi tog med oss frukosten upp till rummet. Är det bra vänder kan man sitta på innergården och äta.

reste m min sambo o våra två små barn, 1 och 3, och det fubkade väldigt bra att bo på detta hotellet med dem. Bra område för barnfamiljer, nära till lekplatser o bussen stannade precis utanför, nära till wharfen. Bra shopping o väldigt bra restauranger i närheten, bra med uteserveringar så att man kunde parkera vagnarna vid borden. Väldigt hjälpsam och förstående personal på hotellet.

This hotel has GREAT branding. It's basically a motel in a good location with a pop of color. Does not look like the pics. No maid service unless requested, rooms are tiny and bland and need updates. Pool does not look like that. It is plopped in the middle of the parking lot.

The hotel was good. Beds were comfy. However upon check in they hit you with the $40 dollar a night parking to park your car at the hotel you are paying to stay at. I wasn’t a fan of that. They should really advertise that on the hosting websites to help people make the decision before booking. Overall just to spend the night after traveling not bad.

It is an extremely safe property with scenic views less than a half mile walk. The bed was very comfortable. What we didn’t like this stay was Room 102 smelled a bit musty, the tv was a mystery to figure out and the hot water in the sink took over 15 minutes to get warm!

Hotel Del Sol is in a convenient area of San Francisco. Restaurants are within walkable distance. The rooms were quiet, although small. We liked that the bathroom light was on a motion detector so if we had to get up during the night the bathroom light came on automatically. Nice touch. Our room did not have a mini-fridge. Would have liked that. Breakfast was basic. The advertised pool was empty and looks like it has not been filled for quite some time based on older hotel reviews. Parking in the hotel lot was convenient.

I'm so glad I chose this property for our trip to San Francisco! The hotel is clean and so cute. The beds are very comfortable. Loads of wonderful restaurants in easy walking distance and the neighborhood felt very safe. The entire staff was amazing! Friendly, engaging, knowledgeable about the area. I can't say enough about how wonderfully we were treated!

We offer housekeeping services for stay-over rooms upon request and apologize if this was not explained to you at the time of check in. There is someone available to assist you at the Front Desk at all times. Hopefully you will give us a second chance the next time you are in San Francisco.
