But, our designer knocked down all the walls and raised the ceiling to take best advantage of the huge windows, view and light. She is a professional interior designer and feng shui expert at designing tranquil spaces.

This private apartment has Very Good energy flow, use of space, Modern meets Asian style decor, Lots of light and tranquil feeling.

This is a business for us. We specialize in furnished, short term rentals in the city. We do not live in these apartments. We have a team of vendors that we use to make sure our apartments are well maintained and our tenants get great customer service.

FEATURES:
**The building and all the apartments (6 unit building) was totally remodeled. The plumbing, electric, gas, etc are all new.

**Bedroom area has new Queen size Serta Pillow top mattress. Floor to ceiling curtains that are same colors as walls that you can pull on track around bedroom to close it off from rest of loft. Very romantic, relaxing and private when the curtains are pulled closed. Or open the curtains to take full advantage of the views. All linens and pillows included. Nightstand with lamp and alarm clock. Large book case and dresser.
**Large Kitchen is fully equipped full cooking and eating. All appliances provided for someone who likes to cook including 4 burner glass stove and lots of counter space. Stainless steel sink with modern faucet and garbage disposal. Lots of space and light. Kitchen opens into living area, so easy to entertain. Dining table with two chairs (but it seats 4-6). Extra chairs in basement.
**Great city views and tons of light.
**Living area with leather sofa with built-in recliners, storage ottoman, large flat screen TV and DVD player.
**Bathroom has brand new glass vessel sink with waterfall faucet, bamboo floors, shower stall and waterfall shower head. Windows.
**Keyless entry on all doors. Much more safe and secure than worrying about keys.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
**Beautiful tree lined street with great architecture. (They do walking tours on this block.)
**Great little market that always gets voted as one of the nicest on corner. Dry cleaners on other corner.
**Just a block to everything on Filmore. Great restaurants, shops, bars, hardware store, drug store, gyms, yoga studios, etc.
**This place scored 100 out of 100 on Walkscore because it is one of the best places to live and walk every where in San Francisco and even in the whole U.S.
**Short walk to CPMC or Japan Town.
**On street parking. Permit required. Or rent garage space in public garage a couple of blocks away.

TERMS:
