The Tico style cabin had two bedrooms and a single bath with a great room containing the kitchen, dinning room and living room.

âCedrela is nestled in the mountains of Costa Rica. It was easy to navigate there. The accommodations are clean, but the standout of Cedrela is the restaurant, Al Mercat. We had a fantastic meal and ate nearly everything on the menu (advice - go with at least 5 people so you can effectively share!). â

Lugnt och skönt, men man kan höra lastbilarna stÄnka i backen vid restaurangen.

âOverall excellent. Only (minor) problem was that the first night was pretty cold, and there was no heat in the room. The second night the host provided a ceramic electric heater and that made the cabin very cosy.â
âNice hotel. Rather cold and more or less no possibility to increase the temp in the hotel room. Otherwise a realy nice place to stay at. Good service and rather nice breakfast. Close to fantastic nature incl trails for walking, birdwatching etcâ
âWe felt like we were alone in the jungle, full kitchen very nice bathroom separated from the bedroom. The bedroom does not have glass windows one night was a little bit warm, so please take that into consideration but overall we loved the concept. Keep in mind there's also a huge construction boom in Costa Rica so there is some street noise, can't see it, but sometimes you can hear itâ
âBeautiful secluded location just about on the beach. A little far from town (30 mins) but honestly thatâs what loved about it. Plenty of places to eat/grab a drink within walking distance. Amazing breakfast and staff was so friendly â
âStaying here for 2 days was the best part of our trip to Costa Rica! We were treated like family! Albert Alonso the owner is a wonderful chef and he makes everything himself. From bread to pizza, pies and everything in between. He also went over and beyond and called around to find a personal guide to show us around the area that was honest and trustworthy. Thank you to the Alonso family!â
âIts nor only an hotel, its the best place for the view (All room have a view on the mountain) and to relax with all there private trail and Jardin it's not only a Hotel it's a little after life paradise !! WOWâ
