As stated in our services, we don't provide AC, but each room has a fan inside during summer. The walls of the building are thick and prevent the heat from entering. Dear Noelle, thank you for choising this Historical Palace and for your review. the storage luggages is very helpfull for early check in and for later check out, our guests can to enjoy extra time in holiday without stress of luggages. Check in start at 15.00, the accomodation not is ready before 15,00, but our reception can to give you immediatly any info for explore the town. The apartment not is dark, has many 5 different light points. the largest can be more or less strong, for every need, and usually guests turn it off to have a more dim light. Perhaps you have not found the right ignitions, and we are sorry you could ask us. all the best, marzia and the staff

thank you very much for your review. we are pleased that you have fully appreciated our apartment with its courtyard in the historic center and our reception. she is always attentive to all the needs of our guests, for the best experience in san gimignano and we are surprised that you have not told us anything in your short stay. We specify that what you wrote is absolutely not true. You haven't found any mold problems. Although the apartment has large palace walls, it is equipped with a fan, due to the high temperatures in summer. The bathroom has a shower cabin, with a floor shower tray, nothing is dangerous, there are also carpets. The bathroom has no window but has a powerful vacuum cleaner, it can happen that the steam from prolonged use of the shower causes humidity. The daily cleaning service is carried out for all the guests of the building, for the rooms and for the apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, everything, the cleaning ladies tidy up the rooms, they take out the garbage and it can happen that they move things to clean.
