We also used the transfer service from the airport, which worked perfectly, even though our flight was 3 hours delayed.
I just updated Martina about the new arrival time and she reorganized the transport, almost in the middle of the night.
The hotel is situated very close to everything you might want to see.
If going to Sicilia again we will definitely stay here...

“Un posto meraviglioso! L’ingresso del palazzo può spaventare un po’, ma all’interno della struttura tutto è perfetto: camere bellissime, pulitissime e rinnovate con cura. Anche le aree comuni sono impeccabili. La colazione è deliziosa e viene servita su una terrazza splendida, davvero un angolo speciale dove iniziare la giornata. Un grazie speciale ad Alessandro per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità!

“När vi kom fram till hotellet som ligger på en gågata i "gamla stan" av Palermo hade vi svårt att hitta entrén då det "bara" var en sliten träport. Väl inne så skulle vi ta oss upp för ett 50-tal trappsteg innan vi kom till receptionen. När vi hade checkat in så fick vi ett rum ytterligare ca 20 trappsteg högre upp. Något att tänka på för äldre eller personer som har problem med att gå i trappor.
Väldigt tillmötesgående personal och en fullt tillräcklig frukost erbjuds. Rummet litet men rent...

The room was modern, big, nice bed, and all the comfortabel you could wish for. If you needed help, you had it immediatelly. Everything was a little bit better than we expected. We can highly recommed this B&B.”

"Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character.
Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges — such as for the garage and minibar — which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards.
Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."
