“Slow service. Took four hours to get a wine opener. Had also asked for a knife (every kitchen needs a knife) which they forgot. Didn’t care to ask for service on the none functioning fan since we realised we would be long gone before they had fixed it. Not one person in the staff smiled to us during the stay. The apartment was in clear need of a renovation. Would say it is not more than a 2 star hotel.”
