The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, making it ideal for preparing meals while remaining part of the social space. A boiler with a 75-litre capacity ensures a reliable hot water supply throughout your stay.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a fan and direct access to a terrace.
