This approach allows us to offer competitive pricing for smaller parties while accommodating larger groups at a reasonable rate. When you initially booked, the reservation was made for one guest. However, you confirmed that there would be seven guests after our inquiry. To ensure that our pricing accurately reflects your group size, the reservation was updated to include the correct number of guests, which resulted in a slight adjustment in the price with your approval. Bedroom Size and Comfort: We acknowledge that the space may not be as large as some guests might expect, but it's essential to understand that our listing accurately represents the space size of the property. We offer a standard-sized house, not a larger one, which is reflected in our competitive pricing. If you're seeking a larger property, we encourage you to explore other options in our area. However, it's important to keep in mind that finding a four-bedroom apartment with three bathrooms in downtown SJ at a rate only slightly higher than a three-bedroom apartment is indeed a rare find. Bed Quality: We're excited to share that we've recently upgraded to a new queen-size Nectar mattresses, rated as the top choice in 2023. These mattresses are built with five layers of premium materials, ensuring a restful and undisturbed night's sleep. Cleanliness: We take cleanliness seriously. It's important for all guests to contribute to the upkeep of these items during their stay. We encourage everyone to follow our policy of cleaning the silverware and cooking ware after use. This practice ensures that each guest can enjoy clean and sanitary utensils during their stay. We will ensure that the kitchenware are properly cleaned by guests after their stay. Kitchen Amenities: As for the kitchen supplies, we've equipped the apartment with silverware and utensils for nine people. Before your check-in, the inventories were inspected and confirmed that there were no shortages.

I’m a bit confused. How 4 guests feel tight in this 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms unit? Although the unit can accommodate up to 9 people which can be a bit tight, it should very comfortably accommodate 4 guests. As we stated on our page and shown itself in many photos, this is a standard size unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms . The house is in the center of downtown San Jose, the busiest area of the city. Most house lot is under 5000 sq ft and our house is the biggest lot on the street . It is very rare that houses in downtown San Jose offer 3 full size bathrooms. Many houses offer the same number of rooms but only one or two bathrooms only. An inch of space in the busy area like San Jose is worth an inch of gold. We carefully designed and utilized every inch of the space and offer 3 beautiful full size bathrooms to our guests, for their comfort, convenient and privacy. The price for our 4-bedroom unit was $209 almost the same price for a 3-bedroom with 2-bathroom unit in the market. Although the rooms are slightly smaller, would you rather have a slightly larger unit for the same price but offering only 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Or this unit that has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms? We try our best to provide the best price and service to our guests. 99% of our guests were satisfied with our space and service

Regarding the issues : 1. Electronic keypads are used for security and are easy to use. Complete instructions are provided describing how to enter your unique security code number. Please follow the instructions and you should have no problem opening the doors. We have hosted over 100 group guests but no one had this issue. 2. All the house utensils and appliances are 1 year old, and were installed after a complete remodel at that time. We have replaced the kitchen pans per your suggestion. 3.This time of year makes ants active as they search for a winter home. We inspected the property and found a few ants being drawn by fruit trees in the back yard. We have applied a natural ant repellent, and have not found any more ants.
