The design of the hotel was nice. The staff was was courteous and friendly. Very helpful. The pool was nice with great concierge service. Area has nice restaurants and a great place called Barista Squared with great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Overall, the hotel was a great experience.

Upon arrival , staff greeted us with complimentary champagne and beverages . Lovely , luxurious and beautiful large hotel . Notified Denisse about the birthday celebration . She and staff went above and beyond to make this occasion SPECIAL. Room service brought gourmet dessert , balloons , and a card . The lovely beach area and pools were picturesque. Full gym and spa . Room was the perfect size , bathroom modern and shower pressure excellent . Room cleaned frequently during outings , robes provided during stay and relaxing king size bed . Choosing to stay at this hotel is a no-brainer . Didn’t disappoint, worth every penny . Thank you !!

The property is the most attractive compared to others in the surrounding area. The hospitality is wonderful. Everyone speaks both English and Spanish. I recommend staying on the east side of the property if you want a view of the rest of Condado. We stayed in the west tower and the pool was a bit noisy at night. The beds were comfortable. My only question was why they didn’t clean the room everyday. I’m not sure if hotel policy is to call for cleaning service. The amenities are beautiful with an easy walk to the beach. The concierge, front desk, pool attendants and beach attendants were all very gracious and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Condado to choose this hotel. The others: stellaris and concha etc. are in need of renovations.

We selected the commodore ocean view and weren’t really impress with housekeeping and amenities. Lots of dust in the room and the couch had stains. For $900 a night I would expect more.

The staff was amazing! The views were incredible. Down side is the AC. Didn’t sleep well because it was to hot. The upstairs room you can hear them moving the chairs around all night.

The property was very historic but we had room issues and the initial room we were given was not what we paid for. The Manager on duty finally had to upgrade us to a suite to get us the right view that we booked but after 12 hours of traveling from CA it was exhausting arguing to end up where we should have been given as soon as they knew they didn’t have my room type available.

Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back.

My ocean view room had a great balcony. I enjoyed the multiple pools! It's a little pricey given what you get and the food and drinks on the resort are crazy expensive. As long as you know that going in, it's a great stay!

The bathroom toilet ran for several days before being fixed on the second attempt. The Ola Cafe was not good. I had to send back pancakes that were inedible. I tried a pick up order and they got it wrong, which required me to have to return and wait a second time for it. It’s a shame because it overlooked the ocean. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful.

Property was amazing. Bellboys superb. A few issues with room, ie lock stopped working locked us out, house keeping missed us two days and phone was to be repaired cause it kept flashing. Never happened. Not the kind of room We thought we’d get. Resort fee a bit high.

Guest services prefers the guests that are there for events. There are extra charges after you prepay for accommodations. If you open the windows, everything in the room will be wet. You have to ask for everything that is supposed to be included in your stay. There is no early check in. There are no airport shuttles. Overpriced food and property. The area is nice but the hotel is not worth paying for. Choose better and book directly so you can resolve issues.

1) Bathroom glass door was not functioning properly to the toilet area. Top of the door was interfered with the fixed portion of the glass. A technician must look into it and fix it. 2) Toilet was not flushing properly some of the times. It needs new flapper, chain and flush handle. 3) The list said that snack/ chocolate will be replenished every day and mentioned to enjoy them. However, most of the days chocolate was not provided and when asked, they said that they did not have it in their cart. 4) I was surprised with resort fees charged every day and they were not same all the days. The fees were too high for the services we have received.

We truly had a great time while staying at the Condado Vanderbilt. The best part of our trip was the impeccable service we received during our entire stay. Most specifically at the pool during the day. Michael and Luis were more than attentive to our needs and went way above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The main pool was closed for repair which was upsetting at first but because of Michael and Luis it turned out to be completely fine. The food at the hotel is good but completely overpriced ($25 for a kid size plate of plain pasta and butter with a bit of grated cheese and bread) and very limited options (lunch and dinner menus are the same). But overall, it is definitely a very nice place to stay.
