It is a Latin country and culture, as a guest in their country one could expect to encounter differences in cultures. What a pity the city chose to have a celebration during you long stay with us. I’ll take this up with the city fathers and let them know you were not happy about their celebration. The review about the HOTEL was nice, thank you for that! Very disappointing review especially when the staff went to the room to clean and refresh and were told nothing was needed and all was well with the room! Now you give a stab in the back with false claims! Upon check out the room was inspected and the soap was in the soap holder and the hot water functioned perfectly. The hot water is a demand green system, if there is no demand there will be no hot water. Perhaps you didn’t turn the selector to hot!

The showers are eco friendly, on demand, hot water heaters, as I explained during check in, turn to full hot and adjust temp with cold water control! Often times people tend to forget, due to the fine accommodations surrounding them, that they are indeed, in a 3rd world country. We experience power outages, water outages, and difficulties in obtaining name brand appliances. Overall, we enjoyed having you stay!
