Perfectly relaxing vacation spot
Absolutely love this place!! The pool is fantastic. The grounds are beautiful. Great location. Paul, Anne and Franklin are so accommodating. Recommend it 100%!

Perfect place
This place is awesome very clean and well maintain when we come back we will be definitely staying here again . Paul and Anne where very helpful with everything even with the 4:30 am check in this place is definitely five stars Can’t wait to come back. Thanks for everything see you next time , Aaron

A Perfect Paradise
My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful say here, everything was perfect! The studio is small and self contained a great size for a couple! The property is beautiful, quiet and very well maintained. About a 13 min leisurely walk on the beach to town, the ideal distance to enjoy some serenity (something you will not likely get in town) . We ended up renting a scooter to get to and from town, about a 5 min drive. The property managers were wonderful and very helpful, Anne even arranged for our transportation from the Airport. I will defiantly be back!

Love it!
Can’t say enough good things about this property. Beautiful grounds, close to town, spacious accommodations, well equipped, and easy to work with managers. All the employees are top notch. Friendly, and hard working. Santos, the night security guard, is wonderful. Always felt safe, and never worried about ourselves or our valuables. Don’t hesitate to book here, this is what Nicaragua is all about!! Thanks Paul, Ann, and Santos :) The Bills/Dallas, Texas

Fantastic property and an overall amazing vacation spot!
We just had a really great time in Nica/SJDS and loved the location of this condo! Tucked away a bit from the craziness of the beach town, but close enough to walk to and from each day. Close proximity to make the hike up to the top of the hill for amazing 360 views of this paradise. We absolutely loved the pool and garden onsite, used both daily, private even with several other couples staying at the condo. Paul and Anne were great as well, there if you need them and not if you don't. Their suggestions for restaurants were spot on. Highly recommend, we made some memories for a lifetime~

The stay itself was great. We enjoyed the accommodations. Paul and Anne were very accommodating.The location was also ideal - close enough to town to walk, but far enough to be quiet. It was the booking process that was less than ideal. Before booking with Paul and Anne, another VRBO owner pulled our reservation out from under us just a couple of days before our departure for Nicaragua. We were left scrambling and were not impressed with the way VRBO handled things.
