Det är ingen tvekan om att bo i Isla Verde-området i San Juan är platsen att vara! Detta är bara inte en hyrafastighet för mig, det är mitt andra hem och var mitt primära hem i många år. Bara veta att efter en dags resa är din semesterort destination bara mindre än tio minuter bort, när du kommer till Puerto Rico International Airport i San Juan, tar stressen bort.

Lägenheten är härlig! Det som är så unikt är att det ligger på tredje våningen! Utsikten över havet och stranden ligger i perfekt linje till vardagsrummet och matsalen. Denna fantastiska utsikt strömmar precis in i den vackra inredningen i ditt hem hemifrån.

Det finns oljemålningar hela tiden. Det är elegant inrett, med rottingmöbler i vardagsrummet och matplatsen. Den som kommer över blir omedelbart kär i stället. Alla som har stannat återkommer alltid. Jag har också en fantastisk lägenhetchef. Han är där för alla behov och frågor du kan ha.

Det finns jägare takfläktar hela. Luftkonditionering i sovrummen. Lägenheten har nymålats med rika och ljusa färger som röda, gröna och gula. Badrummet är ett nyrenoverat italienskt marmor duschkabin. Det ligger i mellan båda sovrummen. Toaletten och duschrummet kan göras separata till pulverrummet, för att få tillgång till två personer. Att stänga en av dörrarna från ett sovrum blir privat till nästa om du så önskar.

Det finns ett vackert läsrum i lobbyn med utsikt över stranden. Säkerhet och Office Administration finns också i lobbyn. Poolen ligger på baksidan av byggnaden och är privat för gästerna på Racquet Club.

Det finns en parkeringsplats om du väljer att hyra en bil. Biluthyrningsplatsen jag rekommenderar är Charlie Car Rental, som ligger bara några kvarter bort och öppet 24 timmar, samt en 24-timmars Walgreens med apotek.

Stolar och paraplyer kan hyras precis utanför byggnaden. En rabatt ges till de gäster som bor på Racquet Club Condominium. Och rätt nere är en bar / restaurang som serverar stora hamburgare till stora fisksallader, ris och bönor och mofongo.

Denna stora strandremsa som du kommer att bo på ger dig lyxen att gå till restauranger, shopping, 5-stjärniga hotell och kasinon och levande underhållning. Stort dag och nattliv alltid till ditt förfogande.

Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns på varje jämnt nummererat golv. Maskinpengar är tillgängliga i lobbyn bredvid administratörens kontor.

En ny inverterare har lagts till i vardagsrummet. Mycket tyst och bekvämt.

Fantastic location and view!

While the condo building itself shows a little age, Yvonne's unit itself was immaculate and perfect for our family of four. The beach/ocean view from the living room can't be beat, and the location allows for walking to numerous activities in San Juan. The beach was perfect for hanging out and swimming. The 24-hr pharmacy / grocery store across the street was very helpful as well. And being literally 10 minutes from the airport helps to limit the stress of travel to and from. Great communication throughout the process and an "in-person" check-in was very helpful.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Yvonne's place. You literally cross the street that has almost no traffic (it's a dead end) and you are on a beautiful, soft, sandy beach with warm water, medium waves and little undertow. Unit is very clean with some new items like beach towels. Temperature was always comfortable with the AC on and you can hear the waves if you open the windows. Others mentioned the noise from the two restaurants below, but we enjoyed the positive energy from hearing others having fun and their food is quite good. Puerto Rico is a gem if you do it right and this rental checks all of the boxes such as location, safety, cleanliness, cost, friendly people, and convenience. We mostly wanted to chill, so we did not rent a car. Just Ubered everywhere. It never took more than 5 minutes to get a ride and the cost was only 6 locally and about 16 to go into Old San Juan. If you do need a car, read the reviews before picking a rental company. You will probably end up with Charlie rental and remember to bring a copy of your auto policy with you. We hope to return, same time next year!!!

great location

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and we stayed for 2 weeks. Great location with ocean view, immediate beach access, and this Isle Verde apartment is ideally situated to explore Old San Juan and other points of interest on the island. Clean and comfortable.Friendly staff. Felt very safe in this area, especially with around the clock building security and entries were always locked. Pharmacy a block away with basic sundries, as well as other nearby conveniences. Owner and manager were both very easy to communicate with, very friendly/helpful, and responded very quickly. Thank you Yvonne and Alberto. Highly recommend.

I did not like the area, the place from outside looks ghetto and not attractive. Inside the house did not look like the pictures. The place had a smell and there was cockroach on the ground. Rooms was kind of small. Better for small children no teens. Other than that the staff was nice.

16th Birthday Getaway

We went to PR for 4 nights with our teenage grandson and Yvonne’s condo was perfect for us. We needed 2 bedrooms and oceanfront. The condo was extremely clean and felt very safe. It was a convenient location for our visit to the rainforest and to Old San Juan. The Kumo rooftop restaurant was delicious for dinner one night and the Ocean Breeze beach bar (2 buildings down at the Royal Sonesta) was a great choice for lunches walkable by beach. Would definitely stay here again. Also, we were allowed to stay the whole day of departure because we had a 9pm flight which was extremely convenient.

Perfect location

This place is exactly as described. It is in the perfect location to do anything in the San Juan metropolitan area. Beach is right across the street along with easy access to bar/restaurant on the street level. The parking spot was a no brainer for us since we always rent a car when in PR. We had 4 fabulous days here and can’t wait to come back. Thanks for having us.

Great stay

Great stay. Great view. The ocean was the condo's backyard. Yvonne was very communicative throughout the entire process. The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. The downstairs restaurant was an added bonus. Great menu and happy hour drinks. Our daughter ate their waffles every single day. Would stay again!

Fantastic Place to Stay

The Tropical Jewel was perfect for our 10-day stay in Puerto Rico. It was my husband, my brother and myself and the apartment was perfect and just the right size. It was stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen and also had beach towels and beach chairs we could use. The view from the living room was amazing and when we were in the apartment, that is where we sat, looking out at the water. Being on the 3rd floor made it was such an easy walk to the beach and also to many restaurants, bars, and a grocery store as well as a couple of casinos (if you're into that). And there are a couple car rental places close by which made it easy to rent a car for a few days while we were there. The owner was so responsive as was Alberto, the property manager. We would highly recommend renting this wonderful apartment!

Good 1st time experience

I had a good 1st time experience staying in a place other than a hotel. The host & condo manager were very nice & informative. The place was exactly as pictured & written about. The check in & out was smooth. The instructions, directions, & information was easy to follow. I felt very safe in the condo & the neighborhood. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area as well as enjoy the beach located right outside the condo. The communication was good & only a text/call away with a quick response. The recommendations give by the host were very informative & helpful. I enjoyed the ones we chose & wish I could've done them all honestly except didn't have time since I went for a wedding. I would absolutely stay again when I return to San Juan, PR. Thank you for a good experience. Rhonda

The property was right on the beach which the view was beautiful. The plus stops here. I was embarrassed by the security guard telling 4 seniors she would be watching our every move, her words. The building was dilapidated and old smelling. Upon entry we began to notice things: Trash in the bathroom can Toilet not cleaned behind the lid Went to toast bread found the tray with french fries we don't eat them Pool was ok bathrooms were filthy Air conditioner went out Oh and what ever you do DO NOT LEAN FORWARD on any of the three chairs and sofa you see in the picture. You will fall flat forward

The property was as described and just perfect! The location was great for walking to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The view was spectacular! We enjoyed the Alambique restaurant downstairs very much and definitely enjoyed the $5 mimosas! We went to old San Juan for a day and ate at El Jibarito restaurant that Yvonne recommended at it was delicious! I highly recommend this property and would stay again if we get back to Puerto Rico!

AMAZING!!!

This place is absolutely amazing!! The location could not have been better. We had the ocean out the living room window and the beach right out the front door. It was just a few minutes from the airport and a few minutes from downtown too. The condo was perfect for us. We are four sisters in our 40s and 50s. There was literally everything we needed. They didn’t miss anything. There are two bedrooms with a bathroom between them. It was very comfy. We moved the couch and chairs in front of the window, which is as big as a patio door, and we played games and watched and listened to the ocean when we weren’t out. There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs, named Alambique. We loved it so much we ate there several times. They have the BEST calamari we’d ever had. Very convenient. Alberto is the property manager. He met us at the airport to give us the keys and gate remote and he drew us a map of the property. Upon leaving, he came out to the condo to collect they keys and do a quick walk-thru. He was just awesome. I can’t wait to return to San Juan and I will definitely stay at Yvonne’s place again. It was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!
