  • Denna tre sovrum, två-badrums lägenhet uthyres i San Juan-området har en havsutsikt och imponerande bekvämligheter. Beläget vid stranden av Aquatika-lägenhetskomplexet, erbjuder detta fritidshus utmärkt boende och rymmer upp till 8 gäster.

    Gå ut på balkongen på framsidan för att se havet och huvudpoolen, som båda ligger bara några steg bort. Simma i de många poolerna, inklusive en "Rio Loco" eller Crazy River, lounge i klubbhuset nöjesområdet, spela tennis, basket, beachvolley eller minigolf.

    Vår platschef eller hans avsedda kommer att träffa dig på San Juan (SJU) flygplatsens biluthyrningsorter. Din eskort tar några minuter att bekanta dig med enheten, det fantastiska lägenheten och platsen för de 2 tilldelade parkeringsplatserna. Du kommer att få ett parkeringskort, nycklarna till enheten och strandporten, individuella poolarmband, vårt WiFi-lösenord och vår säljchefs kontaktuppgifter - vid nödsituationer. Du är då fri att bosätta dig, häll dig en kall dryck, sitta på balkongen och gör dig själv hemma!

Wonderful place to stay. Nice beach, clean warm pools and hot tub. Condo was in great shape with plenty of room and had a nice outdoor sitting area. Great place to sit and have morning coffee. JC did a wonderful job and met us at the front gate to see us in when we arrived. He showed us around and gave us some good ideas for attractions and restaurants. He also stopped by when we were leaving to see us off. Thank you.

This condo had everything we needed from jitchen supply to beach play toys. The beach was great nice and quiet. The pools were amazing, nice and warm. The lazy river was closed so we didnt experience that but the slide was nice for the kids. Juan Carlos was great, gave us a lot of information and made check in easy.

Everything was amazing! This is including the check in process. Very easy! Juan Carlos is very helpful and kind. The owner is super nice and always responds to all messages right away. The condo is super clean and has everything you need. This is our 2nd time staying there and will be back.

The accomodations at Lauras condo in Aquatika were absolutely perfect for our party of 6. Juan Carlos is a fantastic host who went above and beyond during our stay. If you are visiting El Yunque during your stay on the island this location is 23 min to the entrance. Thanks for everthing JC!

Everything you need

Laura (owner) and JC (property manager) were wonderful throughout the booking, check-in and check-out. The property had everything you could need in visiting PR. Beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. included. The unit was clean and fully equipped. The view was gorgeous, warm pools, inviting beach and more. Book and relax.

Great place for kids

We had a wonderful time at Aquatika. The pools and beach were great, and we had everything we needed at the condo - towels, floats, chairs, etc. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we will definitely be visiting again!

Amazing Stay in The Island of Enchantment

We had a wonderful stay in Aquátika thanks to JC and his incredible hospitality. He met us at the location even after our flight was delayed and we arrived later in the night then expected. JC showed us around the property and gave us local places to check out. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5. It even provided beach towels, toys, and chairs for us to use. The pool is right outside and made for a great place to start and end the day. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico.

Wonderful Family Friendly Getaway!

This condo was amazing! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with activities for the kids. They provided beach toys, soccer and basketballs, goggles, and so much more! We had a great view of one of the pools and the beach in the distance. The property manager was very helpful and friendly during our stay. This is a great place to stay for families.

Annual Girls Trip

The complex was well keep, with the exception of the beach area. The unit was sufficient and clean, but could use new/better mattresses. We had a fabulous time, but you are looking for lots of dining options and a “resort” experience this is not the place to stay. That being said the little beach bar next door has fabulous food, but is only open Saturday and Sunday.

Wonderful experience!

This was a great location and the property was perfect. We preferred to stay on the beach outside of the property…it wasn’t busy and at times we even had the beach to ourselves. The condo is everything all the other reviews say…very clean, roomy, and overall you don’t need anything! It has nice beach chairs, toys, towels, etc.

Aquatika Resort

The unit was fully equipped, beach toys, chairs, sports equipment, great kitchen. Resort is older, some outdoor showers not working, beach needs debris cleaned up. We were close to the beach and pools. No nearby restaurants, you need a car and drive 15-30 minutes Nothing outside the resort to safely walk to Overall a very good Thanksgiving with family and grandchildren

Great Family vacation

We had a great stay! We enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. It was a bit far from shopping and more well known restaurants, but we didn’t mind the drive. We would have liked to use the water slide and other features at the pools, but unfortunately they were not turned on during the duration of our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to larger family groups looking for swimming and private beach access. JC was a great host.
